At 5'2 '' I was a little concerned this jacket would swallow me up, but the fit it perfect and the thing I most love is the belt. It creates a nice silhouette. I am so happy I got this coat for the torrential rains that are happening in California right now. I usually wear a medium... sized up to a large and I am glad I did. I like the fit, the length( over the fanny... important where it rains alot), and has snaps at the bottom sides to allow for a longer stride or use of steps. [ I bought this rain jacket because I wanted a longer raincoat that was dressier than my thigh length raincoat, and one that I could wear with dresses or skirts. I bought a medium, which is my usual size, and it fits well and would allow for wearing a sweater underneath. I love that the hood is removable, that it fully covers my head and that it snaps under my neck to added rain coverage. There are snaps at the wrist to adjust the width of the sleeve and I love that there is an inside zippered pocket as well as two outside pockets.

[ Im a size 4/6 and 5 foot 2 and the small fits well. The sleeves do have extra room so you could easily wear extra layers under this. I bought this for future travel to England. It is a blend of sporty with some style. It ’s not as fancy or tailored as a traditional trench but the waterproof fabric is much more practical. I would call this more of a stylish rain jacket.

After researching different trench coats I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing this one. I have it in the ancient fossil color. It is beautiful in person and it gives both fashionable and functional. I love the buttons on this coat and the bungee inside gives you more of a fitted look. You can easily dress this trench coat up or down. I ’ m planning on wearing this during my Alaska trip to layer on top during those wet rainy days. It seems very well insulated and breathable. I would suggest sizing down from your normal size. It already gives a bit of an oversized fit. I originally purchased the large which is my normal size but I found the arms way too big so I purchased the medium size.

I enjoy this jacket a lot. It's been raining a lot in my city and I am happy that this prevents any water from getting to my inside layers and also blocks the wind. I normally get a size M for comfort and I like baggier fits. I am 5'5 '' and usually a 28 '' waist. I think the M fits well around the waist but the location of the pockets feels a bit low for me. Maybe a small size would have been more flattering. Overall, I am happy with it!

I bought the Lawernce Jacket and matching pants in Alpine Green and when I wear them together I get asked if I work for the forestry service so maybe I should have gone for another color. It's a great jacket with lots of pockets in the right spot. I appreciate the cell phone leash and the goggle whips built in. It would be nice if the front zipper pull was a bit bigger or had a cord on it to make zipping up with gloves on easier like the pocket zippers have. And the collar could be a bit roomier to Zip up when wearing a neck gator.

I think Colombia is the only one that makes a fleece lined raincoat and I absolutely love it for cold rain. You CAN layer in other rain coats but when you just want a quick trip to take the dogs out in the rain in the cold weather nothing beats a warm rain coat when you don ’ t need a heavy winter coat.
