I get bored easy so I needed to change things up. I love cardio but ca n't do the same thing every day. Being able to stream by shows on the built in screen is great when I just want to dive into a show and tune everything else out. The screen quality is top notch too. I ’ ve exercised on many stationary bikes and this bike has surpassed my expectations! The bike is well constructed, comfortable, and smooth motion when pedaling. I like the fact that the seat is wide which gives more comfort when sitting for longer exercise sessions.
