I have a leg fracture and my daughter got me this arm bike to get upper body workout. Leg immobile. We had a table to sit it on and legs can fit underneath using bands to help secure. The upper body arm work is perfect for me. I ’ m doing 15 minutes and will increase as strength improves. Thank you for your clever device!

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cycler... there are so many videos on line that you can find to suit your needs. I have been working out with the bike and the rowing machine for two weeks and feel great.

My 16 year daughter put the bike together in about 30 minutes! The pedals were a problem initially as they kept falling off, but we looked up help in this and rectified it. My only issue is getting my spin shoes to clip in and out. The bike is AWESOME! Sturdy, quiet ride!
