The leg openings are wide enough to make the shorts comfortable and the length is flattering without showing your cheeks. I was looking for cargo shorts to replace the ones I had. In the past cargo shorts had a lot of pockets and were made of heavy cotton. It has been a while since I purchased shorts. I was looking around and found the HUK shorts. I was a little taken back by how light weight they were. I tried them on and was converted. They still have a lot of pockets; the material is very light and a bit stretchy. They are great for summer, light weight, stretchy, plenty of pockets and my wife says I look good in them. Bottom line, these are great shorts especially hanging around for the summer. I ’ ll not go back to the heavy- weight cotton cargo shorts.

I ordered a medium and will size down for the next pair because they don ’ t fit as snugly as I wanted. I have straight hips and a small bum so the medium fits fine but I think a small will be better. They are awesome shorts and I am so glad I tried them out!!

The fit of these shorts is great and I love the high functionality( zip fly, zip pocket), without the high weight. I 'm a muscular thigh guy at 5' 8 '' and 165lbs and the 31 '' fits great, very streamlined straight leg fit.
