5 ’ 5 ” 195lbs I ’ ve done long runs and lifted weights in these shorts and they ’ ve been very comfortable for both activities. The pockets and no front seam are a bonus.

I bought these to use as my running shorts, and they worked well. They fit well, not too tight.
