I have POTS, and these compression shorts work great under jeans or sweatpants. The short inseam means I can also wear them under shorts or dresses, and they 're thin enough that they do n't feel bulky. Very comfortable, wish they were shorter on the leg though, seems very tight and secure. Bad place for the inseam that causes weird puffing, however, very comfortable compared to other brands.
