These shorts are perfect for all of your workout needs, they move with you, wick moisture, and are the perfect material. They ran a bit longer than I expected but I did not mind that. The pockets are quite small, but built out of a stretchy material that allows you to fit everything you need in, and keeps it secure against your person so it is not swinging around while you run.

Fit is spot on and material is high quality. Ca n't wait to put on some serious miles once the weather turns nicer. Went with a men's medium for a 30 '' waist, 33 '' inseam and 165 pounds.
