High aerobic value and great for muscle tone. Men's Health Magazine had a great work out routine that really got the blood pumping and the heart rate going, but it takes just under 30 mins. so for folks where time is an issue it is a god send. Plus, you can do it just about anywhere. My wife( who uses the 6 lb)& I worked out in the parking lot of the New Jersey Garden State Rest Area as a stop on our drive from MASS to South Jersey to care for my Mom I bought a 10 lb for my son who is in NASCAR and travels constantly. Its a great value. I have an active life style and this medicine ball really works for me. Chuck Arning

I 'm an avid golfer, and I 've been wanting to increase the distance on my drives and other shots. I 've seen a few videos of pros doing exercises with wall balls that looked like a great way to help create more torque and power through rotation. After stumbling upon this while searching, I gave it a try, and it's been really good! The first use had my abs and obliques sore, but I knew that meant it was doing the trick. I 've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I 've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I do n't think I 'll be going pro anytime soon, but I 've knocked a few strokes off my game.

I chose this ball based on the way it looks and the brand. I have been using a Jungle Gym XT for years without any issues and I wanted to try another Lifeline product. It is n't the cheapest wall ball out there but I 've learned you get what you pay for. I 've been using it for a couple of months with no problems so far!

Bought this after I saw a class using them at the crossfit gym across from my office. It looked like a lot of fun so I got one. The exercises are way harder than I expected but a really like how they work my whole body. I ca n't wait until I do n't feel totally beat after using it. Probably should have started with a lighter weight....

There are lots of medicine balls out there. This type can bounce without aid of a trampoline so you can throw against a wall without harming yourself or the ball. Other types either do n't bounce or have breakable internal parts. Also, the nubby covering is easy to grip and is in my opinion nicer than the other bouncable versions.
5
It's a good medicine ball for training. It's good for use at home or to take it to a gym or even your backyard if you have one.

The medicine ball is rugged, solid, and easy to grip even at the end of a workout when one is dripping sweat( I would have thought the opposite). The included DVD is quite helpful, though some of the exercises are not practical if you live in an apartment on the fifth floor... Altogether, though, I would recommend this to anyone who wants a change from the usual cardio work, or just a break from weightlifting.

I saw on youtube a medicine ball workout and thought it looked fun and different. After looking at several medicine balls I decided on the go fit package with dvd because it seemed a reasonable price for what I was purchasing. I received the product within a couple days and was able to get right into the workout immediately. it is everything as described and I finding out I have more muscle fibers than originally realized.

Perfect medicine ball for anything you have to do. Only complaint would be that it ’s a little rough but it truly helps with your grip. It almost feels like an outdoor basketball.
