I have loved using the Women ’s Hera weight lifting gloves. I used to get terrible blisters on my hands from either heavy weights or coarse barbels/pull up bars. With the use of these gloves, I have seen an improvement on my grip and less blistering of my palms! I ’ m pretty petite and have a pair in Small I got a few years ago but they run pretty small. I ’ ve known I needed to get mediums but I just dealt with the tightness. Finally bought the medium and they for great. I really like them not only for using weights but also for when I ’ m doing push- ups and other floor strength training. I have always used gloves when lifting, but they never seem to fully protect me from getting callouses on my palms. I ordered these because of the extra padding in the area I need it. These gloves definitely work and protect my hands from the rough weights. There is just enough padding there to prevent future callouses, without feeling too bulky or loosing your grip. They will definitely help mitigate potential blisters and callouses resulting from lifting weights or bike riding and we would recommend them to anyone looking to do either of those activities. The open finger- holes is also good for these highly strenuous activities as the gloves will protect while also keeping your hands cool and limiting the amount of sweat that will be generated. We ordered size medium for a 5' 4 '' woman weighing approximately 135- 140 lbs and they fit very well. Overall seem to be good quality.

Wow these are really great for a few reasons. There is a lot of padding where it should be on your hands and fingers. Nice quality leather on the palms and stretchy nylon on the back. The only thing is these do run small, size up one size.
