These are my favorite high- waisted shorts ever. I have 7 pairs. These are my everyday shorts, gym shorts, walking shorts, house shorts, errand shorts, etc. They fit perfect on my waist and have enough coverage that they are comfortable for exercising. I am usually a medium but sized these up to large so they would cover more and not ride up and show butt cheeks( medium did this to me). I would consider sizing up if you want more coverage.

The shorts have a real quality feel to them and aren ’ t too short looking while wearing them out( which is usually an issue for me). They ’ re decently stretchy, I would suggest maybe sizing down if you ’ re on the more petite side- I know for me, I ordered the small and can live with the little bit of room in the waist, but I know that some prefer a shapewear like fit for these types of sets.
