Great for high intensity ice climbing and winter scrambling ... The Mixalots work great for steep ice climbing. ... Incredible for ice climbing ... Not an issue, I likely would have gone up to XL for touring if I could do it again, but if I had...

These gloves are almost perfect. Great grip and dexterity, plus just enough insulation on the back of the hand to take the chill off while, hiking, walking the dog, or working in cool weather. The only improvement for me would be a slightly wider opening and little less space around my thumb and the base of my hand.

I love them. Amazing gloves for biking on cold weather. And of course, amazing for baselayer ice climbing! They fit perfectly on my hand... well design.

I was so excited when these were re- released. Great for xc skiing, and mountain biking. They are thin enough to allow dexterity for rope work. Lightweight.

I bought these for biathlon as well as warmer weather ice climbing. So far I 've only used them for biathlon. Loading ammunition, swapping magazines and trigger feel are all excellent with these gloves. I 've practiced in these gloves at- 9 C and they are just warm enough. I plan on racing in these down to- 10. I have no doubt they 'll feel great once I get on the ice. A very slight con, and it could just be the shape of my hand, is that while all the fingers fit perfect I do have some extra material at the end of my thumbs.

I use these guys for playing tennis in cold weather. Supple, tactile feel that leaves me free to think about the game instead of how my gloves are going to perform:)

These replace an older version of BD Dry gloves. In the cool, wet Winters, these are lifesavers. I wear them all day and love ‘ em. Highly recommend!

I was disheartened when I hear the BD ARC glove was discontinued. I have used the ARC for 8 years guiding and wondered what I would replace it with with dexterity and warmth top of the list. The Terminator fit this bill and has exceeded my expectations. Great fo lifting skis out of the basket but warm enought to go all day in the mountains. Top choice for the ARC replacement.

These thing are sweet. On my second pair and if I had not burnt holes in them from being to close to buddy heater I would still be on my first pair. Dexterity for grabbing screws and sinking them to attaching draws and clipping they allow you to feel through every move. They do not puff up and create over gripping pressure combine with the pre- curve fingers man the best gloves. Have had them in 0° and had not had to switch gloves between leading and at belay. Waterproof, grippy leather and even a a spot to wipe your nose. A must have in your kit. I have camp geckos as well and came back to these killer. They will keep you saying I 'll Be Back.

I have a similar model from Black Diamond, the Panisher model, but after one very difficult mixed climb in which I had to clear the terrain of snow and ice a lot, they were badly damaged, but now there is a terminator and I am fully prepared again!

I work Mountain Patrol in the San Bernardino mountains. I have used the North Face gear for a long time; it has never let me down. This is my second pair of this line, and they get the job done when you need it most.

I love my new gloves. Used them in the rain and they kept my hands warm and dry. Fit is perfect too.

Extremely well built gloves, unlike most things you buy today you can actually feel the quality and workmanship in the glove. I 've so far used them outside on a day with- 25c and 80km/h winds and my fingers did n't get numb or lose dexterity at all. They are also very light weight for how warm they are.

These gloves remind me of TNF stuff from the 80's, amazing quality and thoughtful design with high end materials.

These gloves keep your hand dried very well. I have n't used under several weather yet, so I am not sure about waterproof from rain& snow yet. I used these at 10~15 degrees C, and my hands held some sweat. These gloves alone would be good between- 10~10 degree C. You would need extra thermal gears under- 10C. I felt the size runs a little large as I break in. You could do half size down if you want tight fits.
