I 've had many UA cage jackets, but this is by far, the best! Adding the hood is a great idea, but I 've always longed for pockets; Bam! Pockets! Every cage jackets, short of long sleeved, needs pockets! The only thing that has me a little confused is the option to cut off the long sleeves; cover to short sleeve. I like the idea, but I 'm not about to cut up a high quality jacket. Why not just add zippers to the sleeves so that they need taken off/on as one pleases? It's make more sense and functional.

[ I like the length and weight of this raincoat, and think it will be great for spring, summer, and fall travel. I have n't had an opportunity to wear it in the rain, but holding my arm under the faucet gives me confidence that it really is waterproof! The zipper glides smoothly in both directions. My only objection is that there needs to be a cell phone pocket, please.
