I use Bob for cardio more than anything. Me and my girl beat him up everyday after work. It was a bit hard to get the body on the post but, once we got it together he held up great takes all the abuse you can throw at him and feels life like! Even stands on its own so we can run a blocking pad to tackle drill. To the mom who's freaking out about what its made of: all foam products are made with things known to the state of California to cause cancer( California recognizes everything to cause cancer). The notice to wipe it down after use is to clean off the sweat, which is known to mildew if left on its own. This product will not cause cancer from tackling it( if you 're that much of a worry wart, why is you kid playing football?)
