[ First off. I cut out the liner. Although I will say I left the liner in for a time, best feeling liner I have ever tried on. That being said I got ta feel free in my shorts. Best swim shorts I ’ ve ever owned. I also ran a 22: 37 5k in them around a 7: 20 pace. No liner, no briefs, and no chafe. They also dry really fast. I ’ ve got 3 pairs. Might get a few more. I ’ m 5 ’ 8 ” 155lbs: I bought size small. I wear 30x30 jeans and chinos. Best for swimming, running, looking good without a shirt on. I love the contrast on the waste band. The two tones really help make you look trim and hide the love handles.

I like these shorts more than I like most lined running shorts. They are light are breezy. I changed into them after a day at the beach and they were more comfortable than my swim trunks. The waistband is the best part for me because it does n't dig in or roll over on itself. the shorts are pretty thin but even with my phone and wallet in my pocket I did n't get that weird thing where the pocket drops below the hem of the shorts. So that's a big plus for me. Planning on buying my colors.
