I bought these after reading the reviews which indicated some purchasers were having discomfort at the ankle. I have worn them indoors for 1- 2 hours without difficulty and then started wearing them outdoors for 1- 2 hour walks with my dog. We were on sidewalks and in wooded areas. I walked in long grasses on rough ground. I have had no issues and find them to be comfortable and supportive. I will now be wearing them for full days outside when the weather is colder and wetter. I am very pleased with them.
