[ I have always worn tshirts, maybe a hoody in the gym but I 've always seen people wearing quarter zip long sleeve tops. Since trying this I know why. It's getting colde and a tshirt is n't enough, but I do n't want to wear a jacket. The Nike Dri- FIT Academy top is perfect for keeping warm but not getting hot. It's stretchy and breathable, and because it's Dri- FIT it dries quickly. The fit is great, not baggy but it's not skin tight either. The fabric is stretchy and moves with you, great for the gym. I have low back pain arthritic. So before I workout I use this to help relieve and stretch the tension. Plus I have tight hips and that helps with stretching before I run and play ball.
