I do n't know how I lived without these! I am a snowmaker at a Utah ski resort and in the past I was constantly having to deal with wet boots, water wicking up my pants, etc. That is a thing of the past when wearing the gaiters. They are very well made and durable. Additional bonus is they keep the early season weeds, stickers, and cockleburrs off my pants as well. Very simple and easy to use. The Outdoor research Rocky gaiters are amazing. I 've used them in downpours, snow, mud, everywhere. They are amazing for keeping the elements and insects out. Here in Tennessee there are lots of underbrush you 'll come across that tears up clothing or leaves you covered in ticks. These gaiters do an amazing job protecting your legs and keeping you warm in the winter. I will say, they are not the most breathable during the summer but that is to be expected. All in all buy them and you will not be disappointed!

I went hunting with my brother in Idaho where he was living and was unprepared for the weather! Lucky for me my brother had these amazing gaitors! they saved my feet on a multiday upland hunting adventure. We hiked 30+ miles in snowy conditions, and not good dry snow but that wet nasty snow.
