I love this version of the Ferrosi shorts. I have spent far too much time and money trying to find shorts that met my expectations. These are durable, fit well, and are made of material that is light and stretchy. I do n't overheat in these and they do n't seem to constrict my movement. My only request would be for rear pockets and maybe another belt loop or two, but I understand why the pockets were left off this version as well. Overall, these are great quality shorts. I own several pair in different colors and they are always the first shorts I reach for when I have a choice.

These shorts are awesome. True to size and the stretch waist in the back gives you so much freedom of movement. I 've been using these primarily as a mountain bike short with a chamois liner underneath. The length is great as it comes down to my knee pads. The Ferrosi material is the right durability and weight for long rides. I like them so much the second pair are on their way to me now!

[ I bought these for my Dad who hikes a lot in the summer heat. He said they fit well and the material is nice. I have the Women's pants version and they are my favorite hiking pants. In summer they are nice and cool and in cooler weather they work well with a base layer.

Im a female in carpentry and these are my favorite shorts! They do n't ride up, the inseam is perfect length& ca n't see anything up my shorts when I 'm on a ladder, the waist band is so stretchy and comfy these are perfect with my heavy tool belt, they keep me so cool on hot days. I 've had these for over a month now and> 10 workouts. They fit great, size M for an athletic- but- not- huge guy, 6' 2 '' 200# with a waistline that varies 31- 33 ''. Quick drying, great for runs and everything else I 've done in them. They 'll be right at home for daily wear when the weather warms up. If durability maintains, these are a 10/10 for me. Quality feels just a bit better than comparable Patagonia shorts.

I have an athletic build and often struggle to find casual shorts that don ’ t feel too tight on my thighs — but that ’s not an issue with these.
