However, once I put them on I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how much I liked them! Definitely for cooler weather( the material is heavy). Very comfortable one. High waisted. As for sizing, I have seen some reviews say they are small but I did not find this to be the case. For reference, I am 5' 8 and 170 and got a medium. To me they fit perfectly. The only place they are a tiny bit snug is around the thighs( I have thicker thighs in general) but if I lose, literally, 2- 3 pounds, they would be perfect. I also LOVE the length as most pants like this are too short on me but these are plenty long( so may be a lad long for a shorter person). Overall, I am so happy with these and can see wearing them a lot for the rest of the winter both for walks and to go out!

My only complaints are the pockets could be a little bigger/deeper, and there should be more colors. I 'm so glad I did n't order these online, I opted to try on my normal size at a local retailer and they were crazy tight, like early 2000s skinny jeans. I then tried on 2 sizes up from my regular waist size and they fit nicely with a belt. If you work out and have thighs and glutes that are semi- built order a size or two up in the waist for mobility. As far as quality goes, I like the thickness and rigidity of the material, definitely a nice resistant fabric.
