Growing up playing soccer in the 90's and early 2000's, I always enjoyed watching some of my favorite players wearing Adidas Copas, Diadora Brasil and Lotto Stadio cleats. You did not have synthetic plastic boots that feel more like Jellie's worn by the Big Lewboski that Nike and other manufactures have placed a$ 200 plus price tag on since they do not want to harm Kangaroos that are overpopulating Australia with more than 48 million around today that is twice the human population of the country. Anyway, enough of that... let's talk about the Lotto OG boots. I was shopping for some new cleats and feeling nostalgic when I saw the Lotto Stadio OG sitting up on the wall in the traditional black and green and also in the, dare I say sexy, white and black with gold trim. I immediately dropped the the Adidas Copa I was holding( another great boot to be fair) and asked my friendly DSG associate to bring me a 10. 5 of the Lotto. I was impressed with the craftsmanship, the soft, supple kangaroo leather that you just know is going to offer touch, control and feel that no synthetic boot will every offer. Also, did I mention they are Made in Italy?!? Ok, need to wrap this up but as for sizing, they run a half a size too big. I sized down to a 10 and it fits like a glove. [ This is my second time owning a pair of these specific cleats for soccer. The fit and feel are a bit narrow so I go up a half size. But with that said, they are extremely comfortable and perform really well out on the pitch! I am a goalie and feel confident and comfortable in these! The fit is very secure, which is important to me when I play. I get good traction and know that my feet are not going to slide around inside the cleat. The design is super sleek and clean! And I love that they are lightweight. Furthermore, the fabric and fit was easy to break in and wear to play pretty much immediately. I will say, like most athletic shoes when then get wet, they do retain a hefty smell after a rain game. I did not try washing them but would be interested if that would help the smell. I have the lavender/ green color which is sick and stands put on the field nicely. I feel that I have gotten great value and playtime with these! I ’ m able to wear and practice daily in them with 2 games a week, these cleats are durable and have sustained a lot of use at the end is the season!! Overall, I ’ m very happy with these cleats and would certainly buy them a 3rd time. I not only get compliments when I wear them but I love the most the durability and longevity I get from these.

[ This is in the top two or three soccer boots I have ever owned. This boot fits so well to my foot. It is not too tight and also does not have too much extra room in my toe. This is rare and a big plus. I always enjoy having the sock as part of the boot so I feel like I will not run out of the boot. The grip on the outside provides a great touch on the ball. The studs seem a bit long, but this is not a deal- breaker. Personally, I would change the colour because purple is one of my least favourites. overall, though, this is a solid boot for me.

My second favorite thing was the weight to them. They were lightweight and still able to keep my ankles controlled while playing. The fit is a bit narrow so keep that in mind if your feet are wider. This is our second pair, bought the academy version first. Very wide toe box, super comfy and is a great option since phantom Luna was her previous fave. Wish the colors were more diverse. Have an extra 2 pairs on hand since it ’s a bit harder to find wider toe boxes in cleats.
