Being a Transplant from coast of North Carolina to Massachusetts in the early sixties. I learned very quickly that the Sorel Caribou boot was the Best way to keep feet dry and relatively warm in the Great white Tundra of the North East states. Although the prices continue to increase for them. I have had I pair in 65 years that did n't give at least ten plus years. That pair was damaged by my me by resting a razor tipped arrow head on rubber portion of the boot. It did n't even cut all the way through. I ca n't say enough good things about theses boots. This company work manship or quality

These boots were precisely what I required. Since I have flat feet, balance is always a concern for me, especially on slippery surfaces. I wore them during my Alaska vacation. They provided excellent traction on snow, slush, and ice. For reference, I wear a 10 Wide in Skechers, and these boots I got in a 10. 5 size.

This boot is so unbelievably comfortable, but it does run large. I have never, in my adult life, worn anything smaller than a 10 in any shoe( boot, sneaker, sandal, heel) but the size 10 in these was considerably larger than I could wear! Half size down should do it, and I ca n't wait for the 9. 5 to arrive. They are great quality, cozy, and well worth the spend.

I am so pleased with my Sorels. The pair I bought are replacing the same style I have had for 48 years! I replaced the liners in my old ones once and could probably keep on wearing them the rest of my life, but wanted ones with brand new tread. I hope these last as long as my old ones—amazing quality and wear!

These are the best winter boots I have ever owned. It's been an exceptionally cold and snowy winter and these boots are not only good looking, they check all the boxes. They have kept my feet totally dry and warm, and traction is excellent in icy, wet conditions. I am no longer miserable while taking my active squirrel- chasing dog out in snowy, icy weather. I am obsessed with these boots and they are literally the best snow boots. I walk about 2 miles a day and these literally are so comfortable and never get wet. The grips on the bottom have made me be able to not fall on slippery sludge or ice which has been the most impressive part of my experience with these boots.

Since it's been snowing more this year, I decided to upgrade my snow boots and I am so glad that I went with these ones! I sized up a half size, which worked perfectly with my warmer, thicker socks. The boots also are n't too tight on my calves, which have been an issue with other snow boots in the past. Very excited to have these for a while!

I bought these to replace my old Sorels and could n't be happier! I typically wear size 8. 5 but bought size 9 in these boots and they fit great. They 're a lot slimmer and lighter than my previous Sorels( also size 9). They 're warm enough for Minnesota winter, but also adorable with the red laces!

I bought these 2 months ago and am super happy with this purchase! Full disclosure, I did spray them with a suede waterproofing product, as I live in northern Minnesota and winter is no joke. However, I have stepped almost ankle deep in an icy stream- no wet feet!!& still cozy warm; worn these in negative( Fahrenheit) temperatures& still been warm!; walked several miles, averaging about 2 miles per day with no blisters or complaints; been able to wear double socks if I prefer; and just one time on a very cold day while walking around in the bog my feet actually got sweaty?? I 'm blaming that one on poor sock choice for that day. These are seriously a dream though to wear. They feel better than my slippers and it does feel like I 'm just wearing slippers to work or out and about every day, that's how comfy. I did go a half- size up, based on other folks reviews, so that could be contributing to the slipper- like vibe, but I have zero regrets so far.( 1/2 size up from my typical hiking boot size gives it the `` Small '' size rating.) I also like the slightly larger size and whatever they are doing with the tread because these shoes beat out my hiking boots, other winter boots, and my previous pair of Sorel winter boots in terms of steadiness in icy conditions. I 'm not sure if that's because they 're a little bigger, but these are by far the shoes I feel the most secure in in icy or slippery conditions. That said, you still have to take it easy- I do n't recommend running on ice in these, unless you live on the edge, but it was an unexpected bonus for me. In addition, I love this color- so cheerful for winter when everything can be bleh some days. Note in the photos that I 've accumulated some dirt on the shoes due to walking around town which gets grungy from road residue and snow maintenance, but I anticipate these will clean right up due to the nice quality suede. I 've had a previous similar- iteration of these boots from Sorel, and I 'm so glad these did not disappoint. Love them!

I bought the size I normally buy for a shoe when working out. The fit was perfect and I love the stylish color. Getting lots of compliments on them

Bought these a few weeks ago and absolutely love them. I get so many compliments and they are super warm and cozy. As suggested, order a full size up if you plan to wear thick socks with them. I ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly with normal socks or merino blend socks.
