[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!

My mother had open heart surgery. She needed a supportive front zip bra after surgery. I went to 7 different stores looking for a nice zip up bra that would fit a 38DDD. I found 1 bra out of all 7 stores, and it happened to be this one. The zipper does n't fall down, and she feels more comfortable in it than out of it. The straps and back are adjustable. I ordered 4 different styles of sports bras thinking I might be happy with one of them. All four fit PERFECTLY and both soft cup and underwire are supremely comfortable. Wider straps and the internal support design keep me nicely in place so I do n't end up sagging down towards my waist at the end of the day. I am a small person with big boobs( 34 D). I 'm a G- H cup. I like how this squashes the girls w/out looking like an unattractive uniboob. Also holds them up! My girls are heavy and often fall out the bottom of the wireless bras or flop over like saggy butcheeks=( I think it definitely has minimized my bust. I like the racerback style. One of my shoulders is a little lower than the other and my bra straps always slip off. Not with this one. I 'm getting some more and wearing them all the time.( I even sleep in it.
