I have walked and jogged on the treadmill and it fills sturdy and smooth. The display shows the items I want to see( miles, time, incline) with the option to remove the ones I do n't( calories burn, calories/hr.) I ’ ve used this treadmill a few times and so far it works seamless and just as described. The treadmill can go up to a speed of 10 mph and it doesn ’ t make as much noise as compared to other similar treadmills. The belt on this treadmill also seems to be wider compared to others which makes it ’s easier to run on. My favorite aspect of the treadmill is that it has an incline feature for a more intense workout. Two people will be needed to lift the treadmill out of the box as well as assembling the treadmill. The iFIT family membership is convenient to have if you have a family because there are multiple workouts and people who can coach your individual needs on the iFIT app. This treadmill looks very modern and sleek and overall good quality. I was excited to use the NordicTrack X16 to help me train for the hiking season, and it ’s been fantastic. I have had my Pacer Treadpad for about a month and have not been able to use it much. Received with a faulty motor. Support was easy to access and very helpful in testing to determine the issue. New motor shipped and instruction on replacement was provided. Motor replacement was not difficult, walking pad alignment was tedious, but my support agent was very helpful and responsive to my emails and provided additional suggestions. All in all, I am happy, not just with the treadpad, but with Sunny support. If it were n't for support, this would be a 1 star review. As it stands, it gets 4 stars instead of 5 because I am still having to tweak the walking pad to be able to use it on a consistent basis. Set up was easy. It is quiet and smooth( with the new motor). I was in shock of how much more features this treadmill has than my older NordickTrack. The touch screen was a huge hit for my older teens as they are big into all electronics. It was very user friendly and had so many options for different workouts. It took about 2 hours to put together. I have been using this for the last few weeks and have. Been so happy with the features. From the ease of use on the extremely large screen to the seamless transitions during the programs, this treadmill is amazing. The touchscreen is oversized and high quality. Whether I want to watch my trainer or watch my shows, the color definition is impeccable. Having the choice of which trainer I watch and where they are is great. The responsiveness of the screen is extremely quick and requires almost no load time. The operation of the treadmill is top quality. The cushioned load bearing base makes running easier on my joints. I can certainly tell a difference between running on an old treadmill or hard concrete and running on this. The incline and decline are quick and smooth. Often, I have barely noticed the transition until it's harder or easier. I only have a few cons. One is the inability to move it easily after it's been setup. Due to the weight, even with the rollers on the bottom, it is hard to adjust and ca n't be put in a stored position to clean under. The other con is also a pro. The ifit programming is wonderful, however, slightly expensive. To get the full benefits of this wonderful treadmill, a plan has to be purchased. The pros outweigh any cons on this machine. I 'd highly recommend it to anyone looking into getting something new. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

So far, I love this thing and use it 4/5 days a week. I speed walk at 4. 2 mph for an hour a day and even started jogging on it at 5. 2 mph. No complaints. The belt sometimes needs to be centered but that couldn ’ t be easier to do by hand. I think the bar controls were a necessary improvement, however. I just hope the motor holds up because I use it so much!

Such a fantastic idea to have the whole treadmill literally fold in half and then up against a wall. Also zero assembly. Kudos to this company. The treadmill is super solid and very quiet. I have it sitting on a bike mat, and it is like walking/running on clouds. I love this machine. I have a small apartment and was getting tired of my elliptical taking up too much space. I wanted a foldable treadmill specifically so I could exercise in winter and bad weather without it always being in the way. This is easy to fold up and roll in and out of the closet when the weather does n't allow me to walk or bike outdoors. I 'm 235 lbs and have n't had any issues at all in the two weeks I 've been using it. And the elliptical is finally gone! The only thing keeping it from being perfect for my needs is the lack of an incline – it 'd be nice to be able to go uphill sometime. I got into rowing at my local gym on this same exact rower and loved it. I deceided to buy one for the house( one of my greatest decisions) and tried Concepts and various hydro rowers. They did n't come close as far as comfort and also they did n't have a high enough resistance which I enjoy. I am not very good at setting things up from a manual, I 'm a video person, but I assembled this myself easily in 2 hours, very clever step by step instructions with the tools included. Nothing was very difficult. Then I had my phone connected to the screen, blasting old hip hop videos off YouTube and custom programmed my favorite rowing settings in barely 5 minutes. I have rowed every morning before work( highly recommended, hey you have one in the house now) and I am in ninja shape. Shout out to the Cyber Mondsy sale I saved a ton which made me finally buy one. Very impressed!

I was in the market for a rower and as you can guess, there ’s plenty to choose from. I wanted to buy a product that is well constructed and would last several years. I elected to assemble the rower myself and it wasn ’ t very difficult. Took me about 90 minutes. The machine works great and one of the selling points for Sole vs some of the competitors was the free classes offered. The rower feels sturdy and is very easy to use. Some of the competitors may have bigger screens and more bells and whistles but their classes require a monthly subscription. There are 2 items I ’ ll bring up but they certainly aren ’ t deal breakers. The first item is why is there no power button? It ’s annoying to have to plug and unplug the device every time you use it. I know there is a function for the screen to fall asleep but a power button would be nice and certainly expected in this price range. The second issue is the phone/tablet holder. While it is adjustable to fit almost any size phone or tablet it would be nice if you could simply adjust it by sliding it up and down. Instead you need to use a screwdriver and remove 4 screws to adjust it. It ’s annoying but likely it ’s something you ’ ll only need to do once unless you are sharing the device with multiple people who each have different sized cell phones.

Great compact treadmill! I personally do n't like treadmills with consoles, I do n't like to have something so close to my face while walking/running and I tend to focus too much on the numbers. Overall, it has been a good addition to our home gym. It functions better than our old proform treadmill. We have been satisfied with it so far. I do enjoy the built in fan, our old one did n't have that and that is a nice feature. The console and controls are very simple. Not a lot of fluff on them. Basically speed and incline. I think I will like the ability to bluetooth to the machine and get additional workouts, but so far that has taken some getting use to. If my wife is connected still and not around close with her phone open, it seems to keep her connected and the machine wo n't work even from the console. Once she disconnects, it works fine. That is likely just user error and takes a little time to get use to. I have used it at multiple speeds and inclines and in general it has worked exactly how I want it to work. The only time I have noticed an issue is at really slow speeds, 1 mph or less. At this speed the track almost stops everytime I step but once I get up to about 2 mph, I do n't have that issue. It is a very sturdy feeling piece of equipment so far, plan on 2 people to get it into the house where you want it, and there were a few places during the assembly where we needed 2 people to complete the assembly. Overall, I have been happy with it and it seems like it will do what I want. I am not a hard core runner, but for the types of exercising I do, it will be more than enough I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I have loved this treadmill so far. It was n't too hard to get setup, though you will need a couple people as it is heavy and requires an extra set of hands in a few places. Once it is all setup, it's been pretty easy to use and seems like a solid addition to our home gym. I like how quite it is and how smooth everything is while running. The cushion feels pretty good so far. And I it seems to be built great. I do n't have too many critiques right now, my only one is I wish it had a little more incline so I could train a little steeper uphill. But for the most part it does everything I could ever want. I have used Ifit before, and while it is a good distraction and kind of cool how they can adjust everything for you, I 'm not a big fan of subscription products, so after the free trial I will probably resume my audible and video watching while I run. I typically avoid running because of the impact on my knees but I have enjoyed running on this. The controls are simple and great for making quick adjustments to the speed and incline. I really like the added fan feature as well. I have enjoyed using the IFIT workouts a few times and that has been a fun way to enjoy different options. Assembly did take some time but it wants hard. All of the tools and parts were included and very well labeled with directions and numbers for each part which helped it go fast. Luckily, the reviews were right and we were able to build, with ease, the rower and place it into an extra closet that we were n't using much. I enjoy the ability to change the resistance with ease. Even when rowing, the ability to touch the control center buttons with ease make it easy. Moving it is also a breeze, my wife was able to move it by herself.
