I had a Nautilus elliptical for several years. I was easily able to do it 75 minutes 5 days/week. After getting this put together, I could only go 15 minutes before having to stop. My quads were absolutely aching. I had the incline and resistance both on 1. It does n't feel hard, it's just the angle you have to stand at. I am doing 25 minutes now after a couple weeks, but still kills my quads. It is a good machine, and will definitely exercise the legs. Was a nightmare to assemble, took many hours. Some holes did n't line up and had to be drilled. Once assembled and a person gets used to it, it's a good, sturdy product that I think will last quite a while.

Quick disclaimer that I ’ ve only used the machine a couple of times so far. Setup was easy and the machine works well. My biggest complaint is getting the Bluetooth to sync with workouts on the app and getting the machine to power down so it isn ’ t constantly using electricity. Other than that I think it ’s a good budget option instead of some of the other brands that are twice as expensive.

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

I am so glad I bought the FreeStep. It's everything I hoped it would be. Most importantly my husband is able to use it-- and does. Due to the progression of his disease which has resulted in a lack of balance and decreased strength, he was no longer able to use another piece of exercise equipment we had. Now he is able to exercise again! I love using it because I can use the tablet stand to watch a PBS show and hear the dialog clearly. My workout flies by enjoyably. great deal for the money. Not a lot of fun to unpack and carry upstairs because it's built like a tank. It's easy to assemble except for the plastic trim which is not necessary and better off recycled. It was very stiff for the first two hours but then smoothed out and is easy to use as long as you put a pad on the seat. I 'm pleased with it as it works and cost half a much as the machine I was going. to buy. I use it 45 minutes a day every day and I expect it will outlast me.

I bought the teeter hang up in December because my wife has a bad back. I researched the teeter freestep because she uses a similar device in her physical therapy sessions and woth it missing a step this is amazing and she loves it and so do I. With decompressing after using the freestep on the days she doesn ’ t have therapy her back feels so much better and we couldn ’ t be happier. She missed 18 months of work due to an accident and now she is back and loving it all once again. Well worth all the money in the world to be almost pain free and losing weight and feeling better.

When I received it, I was very happy with the construction. It is built very sturdy and yet maintains the light weight feature so that it can be moved easily from place to place. Assembly is well documented and takes only a few minutes. It also only takes a few minutes to master the initial rhythm of the machine. This machine is very practical for home use. My wife and I are both using it. However, for us it has an added bonus. We do travel often in our travel trailer. This machine is easily transported and set up while on the road as well. I have used many different types of exercise machines. For the size and cost, the Stamina has exceeded my expectations.

I received Stamina's InMotion Compact Strider as a birthday gift almost a month ago. As a former personal trainer, I was pleasantly surprised when such a small, lightweight, and inexpensive machine could provide such a wonderful workout. I also love the convenience of this product. It is completely self- powered, except for the battery- operated step/time/calorie/distance counter, easy to put together, and even easier to use. It is also versatile. You can stride forwards and backwards while standing, with or without the resistance bands, and you can also turn the product around and stride forward and backwards while seated. You can literally burn calories while sitting on your couch watching TV. One more thing that I love about Stamina's Strider is, that while standing, you automatically engage your core muscles and get an ab workout in addition to your legs( and arms if you are using the bands)!

I have to say, I am happily surprised with this Elliptical. First and foremost for me, a priority is the absolute lack of squeaking, grinding, grating or squealing noise when in operation. I bought it because it was labelled `` Ultra Silent '' and I was certain I would be horribly disappointed. Color me exceptionally wrong( and that is a rarity in my existence) because so far, smooth, and quiet beyond belief. Easy to assemble and up and running in about 30 minutes. It fit in the tiny weird alcove in my living room and my head does n't hit the ceiling which was my fear. I do not have to move the unit to use it due to the cleverly designed compact size. The next test will be continued usage and if the silent factor is maintained.

The quality of the machine is right for the price paid. If you have a long stride, this may not work well for you as the length of travel in the arc is shorter than most machines. That said, the unit is more compact than others and will fit in smaller spaces because of the shorter arc. Packaging was adequate. The included assembly `` instructions '' were not.( Scan the QR code on the cover of the included documentation to access detailed assembly materials.) Lastly, the bolts provided to secure the moveable arms do not fully seat themselves in the bolt openings. DO NOT over tighten them. Doing so will snap the fastener.

It was a little more expensive than the others I had seen, but the craftsmanship and smoothness of this machine is far better than any others I had seen and tested. It was easy to assemble and the directions for use are simple. I am so pleased with how smooth this machine is. The timer, counter and calorie counter really help keep me motivated. It's a wonderful workout machine for those of us with `` desk jobs. '' Best part is.... The machine is smooth and very quiet. I have owned 3 spinner bikes, and I find this to have almost an identical motion and feel, except it is much quieter, more compact, and less expensive. I sometime place a chair in front with it's back to me, and it is similar to the handlebars on a bike( also if you need balance the chair serves this purpose). I did n't think I would use the Strider while sitting; However, sometimes I have completed my workout, but the movie or TV program in front of me has n't finished, so I turn the strider around sit down and pedal rather than just sitting in front of the TV. This is one of those purchases that has proved to be better than I expected.

The is a very well designed elliptical and provides a great workout. The motion has a very slight vibration at high intensity levels. However, the equipment is well built and runs relatively smoothly and quietly. Getting this into my house and assembling it was quite challenging. Unless you are mechanically inclined and have some strong helpers to move the equipment, you should probably pay the additional fees to have this done professionally, even though this adds a lot to the cost.

This really works well and does n't take a lot of space.. Assembly is easy with the supplied tools. It runs quietly, so far, so that you can watch TV or read while using it. We found a standing workout was tricky as the flywheel does n't provide enough momentum for a smooth, non jerky feel. Might be okay with practice but seems better and smoother from a sitting position. A Youtube video mentioned raising the front with two 2x4s but I felt that put bending stress on the `` Bottom Board '' so I built a ramp that supported the entire machine. Happy with it so far.

I 've tried a lot of different elliptical machines, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried the Nordic Track Elite FS16i elliptical! One of my favorite features on this machine is that each foot pedal is free- moving so that you can adjust your stride. It's great for shorter people like me, but it also gives me the flexibility to adjust my workout level just based on how I 'm feeling each day. It has an amazing tablet that connects to the iFit program but you can also download a selection of personal apps to watch shows while you workout. I like that you can adjust the incline and resistance on the hand bars so they are in easy reach. Even on the lowest setting, it provides a great workout. I was sweating in no time! This is a great elliptical machine for any home gym!

As a busy father of 3, it can be difficult to find workout equipment that can make me feel like I can get a quick but efficient workout. Not true with this Elliptical! It truly is a 3- in- 1 machine! I feel like I am getting my workout in much more efficiently and at a higher burn rate than with my treadmill or bike. I really appreciate that resistance is directly in the handle as well, which makes it easy for quick changes. It has been years since I have been to the gym, but when I went, I never used any other cardio machine other than the elliptical. We have never owned one in our home. I worried about the space and if it would fit. I was very wrong. Even at full stride, it fits really well into our small- bedroom home gym. I feel like I can get a full stride with no issue. Using the resistance and incline controls right on the hand bars is probably my favorite feature though. It helps me push myself quickly and cool down just as quickly to get a full workout in quicker. This is an incentivized review, but my opinions are my own.

One of the things that I liked about this elliptical was that the pedals were not stuck in one place so that you could adjust your stride length- this let people of different height be able to use the machine comfortably. It also means the overall length of the machine feels shorter than other ellipticals, which makes the machine fit better in a home setting. This machine gives a great workout- even on a basic setting. While you can use it without a subscription to the iFit network, to get the most out of it, you 'll probably want to subscribe to the iFit service- I did enjoy the iFit workouts that I participated in.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

I 've had this machine for 2 weeks now and so far I am really impressed. I 'm 5' 8 and can sit comfortably to peddle while seated at my work desk. The build quality is excellent and the movements are quiet and smooth. Resistance is easy to adjust and also provides good resistance enough to be a challenge. The first used non- metal parts and eventually parts ground against each other leaving a powder residue behind. The second was motor driven and I never felt I was doing the work. This mini elliptical lets me do the work at a good resistance level.

I love exercising on this Eliptical. Easy on my joints. I can do a light workout or a cardio workout. The Sunnyfit trainers have several workouts on the app that are amazing. I waited to do this review to see if I have any issues. The only thing that comes to mind is it does n't like going in reverse like my Orbitrek did.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I was skeptical because of the price. But this was easy to put together, shipped fast, in good protective packaging. Once assembled, it is VERY quiet during use and has a great stride length. The adjustments are noticable and the monitor reads well for interactive tracking. I am impressed and very happy with this home gym investment.

I 'm 5' 2 '' and the stride on the mini under- desk elliptical is too long for me. I 'm not aware that any other company makes smaller ones. I 'll have to return it. I wish it did work for me. It's quiet. It's lightweight enough for me to move around with the convenient handle. It's well- made. It arrived well packaged. There was no assembly. I just put this together. It shipped fast. Assembly directions are terrible but I muddled through them using the pictures. Also, many screws and bolts already in position. do n't freak out. Also the tools supplied for assembly are crap- I was going to cry this thing was junk but my boyfriend got his ratchet set and tightened everything up and it's so quiet and smooth. Very short stride but I 'm 5' 2 '' so it works for me. Not sure if speedometer or pulse works properly but I do n't care about that. It seems good for the money so far. Oh and size is perfect.
