I ended up going with my normal size of XS after trying the XS and S. I 'm 5' 1 '' and 109 lbs for reference. The size small fit more oversized but the arm sleeve were slightly too long. If you 're between sizes, I would size up. My main concern was how cropped it might be and both jackets ended up hitting my waist at about the same spot so I went with the smaller size for the better arm and shoulder fit.

I really like that the powder skirt is removable to get rib of the added bulk. I wish there was an outer chest pocket. The wrist cuffs are a bit bulky. I bought this in Tigerlily Orange on sale to use as a casual jacket for spring/summer, particularly when it's cooler out in the evenings. I ordered my usual size M and I love the way it fits- it's a bit oversized/boxy throughout the body but in a good way. I love that it has a hood and that it's got a DWR finish so I do n't have to worry if I get caught in the rain while walking to work. The color is not as saturated as shown in the pics. I 'd describe it as more of a softer creamsicle color rather than a tigerlily orange. But I still love it. I think it's a great value for the sale price I paid of$ 118. I usually prefer for these to go slightly below the waist, but this one is nice as is. If you are running and get too warm the ability to change it to a vest is so convenient.
