I honestly felt like I was wearing nothing, they are that lightweight and comfortable. I like the thicker waistband with drawstring and also the liner within the shorts. They also have pockets( which is always a plus!) and a smaller pocket in the back for keys or even a snack for those longer runs. The 7 ” inseam is a little longer than what I would normally wear but honestly found them so comfortable that I don ’ t think twice about that anymore. It does have an inner slip so that your underwear does n't show but it does n't really have full coverage, so I do n't feel like I can work out in a public gym with these shorts. I love the adjustable drawcord in the waistband( which is tucked inside of the waistband instead of having strings hanging out) and the small pockets big enough to hold keys while I ’ m out on a run. I found that the shorts are great for running and biking- with the built in liner to help avoiding the shorts from riding up and the 3 ” length is great for allowing movement. The fabric is lightweight and comfortable, which allows more time focusing on my workout and less about unbunching or constantly pulling material one way or the other. I also love that the top of the shorts are stretchy and provide maximum comfort while the lower half are lightweight and breezy material that doesn ’ t rub on my skin. Looking forward to wearing these shorts for many workouts to come!

I 've owned many pairs of the original Stretch Zion shorts and now have moved to the new version. The new Stretch Zion II is has a few changes, but in my opinion, they are still a great pair of shorts. The minor changes like the plastic button and the new fabric still work fine and did n't bother me. Going to the plastic button from the metal one only took a few times of wearing them to get easier to button. The new fabric is still super soft and comfortable but has a sort of shine to it when the light hits them just right. Not a big deal for me. The things that make these my favorite shorts are the comfortable fabric, the adjustable waist band, the color options, and the different pockets. They are also very versatile, I can wear them for activities like hiking and also to a nice restaurant. I own multiple pairs because I wear them all summer.
