This plyo box is extremely well made, very sturdy and easily adjustable. With more people working out at home now due to Covid, this is a sound investment. You have three heights, you can use it for more than just plyos, it doesn ’ t take up a lot of room. You can stand it on its side at the lowest 12 ” to store it out of the way when not in use. It ’s a great addition to my home gym.

I just bought this and put it together last night. Instructions were clear and all parts present. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE A DRILL to put this together. There are a lot of screws and it goes a lot quicker and easier with battery power vs forearm strength. Anyway, I just finished doing DB step- ups with it and it is SOLID. I felt super secure stepp8ng up with heavy weights. This box was worth the$. As an aside, I was VERY nervous about buying it based on a lot of the negative reviews I read. I experiences none of those problems, which is why I 'm giving this box 5 stars.

This is a super versatile plyo foam box. I love that you can turn it over to each different inch height for three different ones. It does n't take up a lot of space and you can use it for all different exercises whether it is push ups or a step or for jumping. The foam is super dense and wo n't tip. It weighs 60 lbs. plus. I would recommend this to any one or any gym. Love it.

[ To start off, I am not an exercise enthusiast and I don ’ t go to the gym. I ’ m a mom to two little ones and have been needing to get back in shape for some time now. I used to play volleyball though, and I love plyometrics. This plyo- box is awesome! It ’s perfect because it has three different heights: 20, 24, and 36 inches. A great way for both me and my husband to get a great workout in. I love how it ’s made of foam, so I don ’ t have to worry about hurting myself or about my kids injuring themselves while running around the house either. It ’s very sturdy too and the outer material is textured to provide a non- slip surface. The added bonus of it being foam is that you can use it for inclined push- ups, dips, or as a bench while your lifting dumbbells. You also don ’ t have to use this for only jumping. I ’ m starting off the using it for steps and it really gets your heart rate up quickly. It ’s adds versatility to your workout. Finally, there ’s no assembly required, you just remove from the box and you ’ re ready to workout!

[ The ZIVA Plyometric 3- in- 1 Jump Box is way bigger than expected even though the inches are written all over it. At 30 '' x24 '' x20 '' this would be great for non- beginners and kids. I am a beginner so I am working my way up to jumping the 20 inches. It holds up to 350 pounds so it feels very sturdy. I have sat on it and used it for yoga poses and other exercises besides jumping. There is a zipper cover on it that is very thick and this is easy to wipe down to keep clean as well.
