Brilliant toebox, fits like a glove and I did n't have to upsize- compared to the Pro 4's narrow toebox, these are waaaay better . Ran a killer 15km plus hill repeats with no complaints on the day they arrived . Laces should be longer though .

4th and last pair of Pro3 ’s sadly . Love this shoe!! Pity it ’s gone out of production . Just works, outsole lasts, i( 86kg) get 600km+, great bounce, “ toe off ” and snug feel . You just need to work out the bottom lace fit/ looseness else it can rub on big toe knuckle if too tight . Top race day shoe, not much in it between this and other “ super shoes ” . This outsole just lasts longer . Onto Pro4 ’s, which look great but sadly sound bit softer, less mileage outsole and not getting amazing reviews atm from mates . C'est la vie

The best running shoe I ’ ve used for training, covering speed workouts, tempo runs, threshold efforts, and long runs . I relied on the Saucony Ride for easy/treadmill runs and the Endorphin Pro for race day . I retired my last pair of Endorphin Speed 3 after 450 miles but still use them for walks . While the Speed 4 is out, I ’ ll gladly stock up on the 3s if I find them . These Saucony shoes played a key role in my marathon training and race, helping me improve my PR from 5: 07 to 3: 47 . Shoes alone won ’ t get you a PR, but they do give you confidence .

Love the slimmer sole design on Vaporfly shoes, and these are no different . My old pair( previous model) was a little snug, so I sized up by half a size( from my normal size which, interestingly, does work for the Pegasus), and these fit really well . I 'm not sure why these size a little differently that other models, but take note .

The only thing that I 'm disappointed in is that I did n't try these until right before the Vaporfly 4 replaces them . Absolutely loved these on my marathon training long runs and looking forward to wearing them in my first marathon .
