I love this weighted vest! I use it to do both house chores and on walks. The 20 lbs feels like plenty of weight and I am easily able to remove the sandbags if I need to lighten it. I like the way the velcro wraps all the way around and it can be taken off from the side, or front. I ’ m normally somewhere between a large and extra large, the XL fits much closer to a large than a XL. Seems shocking that you could do 6- 20 mile runs at near 50 degrees with what seems like a hot article of clothing but somehow it ’s fantastic at regulating heat. This vest is comfortable for my kids to wear all day on the boat. They have good range of movement and are still able to fish. And if they are swimming with this vest on, it seems very buoyant and keeps them upright. Some vests tend to make the kids lean forward with face towards water.

Works better than I imagined. Have used it daily for nearly 3 weeks now, and am ahead of my goals so far. Seems durable and comfortable. Can be adjusted for various body types and strength levels. Would recommend starting off with a small amount of weight, and building up over time, so not to risk stress or strain to your joints. Also, fill your lungs with air while strapping it on, that way you can still take deep breaths while working out.

I bought a couple of these DBX's life vests for paddle boarding. They fit, adjustable, and comfy. We bought some of these last year on sale, bought some more this summer so we had a variety of sizes for friends& family to use when boarding with us. While these say Men's or Women's they biggest difference we noticed is in the arm hole size. But friends have worn them universally without any problems.
