When one of my Krav Maga instructors recommended this mouth piece, I was a little skeptical. I went ahead and ordered the kit anyways. The instructions were simple for making the mold. I think they are intentionally conservative to make sure you do n't mess up the mold. It took a couple of weeks and the result was an great mouth piece. The initial fit was a little painful because there was a bump in my gums that was not accounted for on the mold. After wearing it a couple of times, I placed the section that was a problem under a hot tap and tried to add the missing clearance for the bump. After about 45 minutes of working on it, I was able to careful adjust the section that was problematic without altering any other section. Now I have one of the most comfortable mouth pieces I have ever used. The fit is so good that you can easily talk, drink, and breath with it in place. When it comes to removal, you have to want to take it out. There does n't seem to be a way for it to accidentally fall out. I would recommend this to anyone who trains in a sport that requires a mouth piece.

Pro: I have only had the bench a couple of weeks, but in that time I have found it a very sturdy and versatile piece of equipment. The adjustable back allows me to work my chest from multiple angles, hit my rear shoulder and back with chest supported raises and dumb bell rows, and the leg attachment lets me finish off my legs after a squat work out. Con: The major issue I have with the bench is that it sits kind of high off of the ground and I have kind of short legs, so I have a hard time getting a good leg drive on my bench.

First, the instructions for putting this together were first class. They were very clear, and each step's nuts and bolts were shrink wrapped to a labeled piece of cardboard with drawings of the included nuts and bolts. Secondly this is a very durable bench and has gotten a lot of use by the whole family. My single complaint is that I am short( 5' 3 '') and while I can use it, I would have felt better if it were an inch lower to the ground. However, perhaps a tall person would be inconvenienced by that. I can certainly reach the leg curl rollers, so it works fine.

[ When I received the bra, I was excited to see there were no removable paddings in the cups, just movable breathable material. The back has velcro straps I was hesitant on, but after working out, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to loosen them and take the bra off. I did n't have to wrestle out of a sweaty bra. I do wish the straps were in front so as to be able to tighten them easier at the beginning of my workout, but the bra was great and held me in for my workout. I would not use this for running as they do n't keep the girls secure in that sense, but I would use it for a good mat workout.

This is definitely one of the more stylish maternity bras on the market, but still functions really well. The front wrap design makes it easy to pull down for nursing or pumping and there ’s a mesh panel underneath for added support( and modesty). I find that many pumping bras are somewhat bulky so I appreciate that this bra is pretty sleek and the mesh under layer adds to and doesn ’ t interfere with the look. It does seem to run a little small so I would size up next time since it ’s a pull over design.( Especially while being a nursing mama with a fluctuating chest!) Overall, I love this bra, but would love it even more if there was some sort of clasp on the bottom strap across the back to allow for some extra slack when pulling the bra over my head.
