Pro: I have only had the bench a couple of weeks, but in that time I have found it a very sturdy and versatile piece of equipment. The adjustable back allows me to work my chest from multiple angles, hit my rear shoulder and back with chest supported raises and dumb bell rows, and the leg attachment lets me finish off my legs after a squat work out. Con: The major issue I have with the bench is that it sits kind of high off of the ground and I have kind of short legs, so I have a hard time getting a good leg drive on my bench.

First, the instructions for putting this together were first class. They were very clear, and each step's nuts and bolts were shrink wrapped to a labeled piece of cardboard with drawings of the included nuts and bolts. Secondly this is a very durable bench and has gotten a lot of use by the whole family. My single complaint is that I am short( 5' 3 '') and while I can use it, I would have felt better if it were an inch lower to the ground. However, perhaps a tall person would be inconvenienced by that. I can certainly reach the leg curl rollers, so it works fine.

Buttery soft material! I love love love the adjustable band, as my ribcage expands during pregnancy.( why does n't every sports bra have that type of band?!) I weightlift a lot, and it is important to progressively overload to obtain maximum benefits from doing so. However, with that comes risk of getting injured and a good weightlifting belt is a must. I already use Ethos brand weight plates and barbell in my home gym and I absolutely love the quality of them. I knew that a weightlifting belt by Ethos would also be of the highest quality. I used the size chart by Ethos and determined that the medium would fit my 28 inch waist the best and allow for some slack without excess dangling. I feel my lower back is well supported when doing my deadlifts so that i can confidentally lift higher weight without sacrificing good form and risk injuring myself. I like the neutral black and gray coloring of the belt so that it matches all my gym outfits. I also have to add that these belts from Ethos do run a bit smaller in size comparing to another competitor who also makes these types of belts for women, so it is important to go by the size guide provided. Nonetheless, it is a sturdy belt by a reputable brand that also makes weightlifting equipment, so you just know it is of good quality.
