I have n't been an active cyclist in about 7 years. I am finally getting geared up again. My experience with smartphone holders in the past was terrible. I knew that manufacturers just had n't figured out a good solution yet. Zippers, bags with plastic screen protectors that did n't work, one size DID NOT fit all, especially for Android. Then I found this. Although it's not battle tested by me yet, this design is superb. I 'm so impressed by the stem mount option. Other reviews say it breaks easily. I sure hope my experience is better. I am so stoked.

Ive been using the Thule Jawgrip as a rod holder for my deep sea/surf fishing rods. I see Thule has a rod storage for fly fishing rods but none for the longer rods we have here in Southern California. The cinch keeps the rods in place and tights. I like the concept because I take a lot of photographs with my phone. It keeps the phone accessible. The only really small issue that I encountered was that the small square pad that sits inside the case under the phone, keeps the iPhone 14 Pro Max from going completely into the Apple Leather Case. It ’s definitely secure and won ’ t fall out of the case. It ’s not enough of an issue to stop me from buying additional lanyards for other family members.

I was n't sure about this at first I wore it around my neck hiking and was able to stick it in my belt so it did n't flop around. Now I find I can put it in my back pocket and use my belt loops on my pants to secure it and I found I can wrap it around my wrist. I have broken so many of my phones due to it dropping out of my pocket and falling off my lap when I stand. I have a few of these in different lengths. They are always with me overlanding( aka car camping) since they work for a multitude of different applications and tasks. With a group I setup a very large silnylon tarp for a communal/ cooking space and these give extra height and shape where needed. On solo camps I use the same tarp but as a vestibule on my tipi and these again help to create a nice sheltered entryway to my tent. They 're also very well made with excellent construction which is important. They have a handsome finish and can handle the elements thrown at them. I am likely going to acquire one or two more since I keep finding myself looking for another tree or two to tie off or having to stake down diagonally when I 'd prefer the height these afford. The shorter one, I think it's 5' length, extends surprisingly far for how nimble it is and small that it can pack down, but the next size up, I think it's 8' length, comes in quite handy it just is a notable size- up even when broken down for storage. Ca n't go wrong with these poles.

Originally, I bought this case to use on a bridge tour where you need your phone attached to you, so you do n't drop it 850 feet off the catwalk. I wanted something that was more secure then those cheap cord things that wrap around your phone. This case worked out great for the tour with the included adjustable lanyard. My phone was easily accessible being around my neck and I could just let it drop down when I was done taking pictures. I like that it has a zipper closure, which makes it very easy to get your phone in and out. I also used this for its intended purpose as a waterproof case when I went paddle boarding on my trip. I had the lanyard around my neck and clipped it to my PFD with a carabiner for added security. I also slid the case into the top of my PFD to keep it from getting in the way when paddling. I got to take some awesome pictures on the lake without having to worry about dropping my phone in the water. I have a Samsung S20 FE, which is on the bigger side. It was a tight squeeze when I tried to put it inside with my phone case on, but it fit just fine without the case on it. If you have a smaller phone with a case, you probably wo n't have to worry about removing the case for it to fit. One thing to watch out for with this case is to make sure the grey edge around the clear window is n't getting in the frame of the pictures. My phone has 3 different lenses and the edge got in frame more so when I used the wide angle lens. After I noticed it, I tried to move that part of the case when I took pictures to keep it out of the way. I also saw reflections/artifacts from shooting through the clear plastic in a few pictures, but that's to be expected. Overall, I really like this case and will definitely keep using it on my future water adventures.

I got this phone case as a gift and I love it. It protects my Iphone as I am kayaking or beaching. It keeps the water and sand off my phone. However, what makes it really great is that I can scroll and take pictures without removing my phone from the case. Also there is a slot for my license and a credit card and the zipper seals the case perfectly. I love it so much I gifted two cases to friends. Great case and my Iphone 13 Pro fits perfectly.
