Swapped into my Air Jordan 1s for extra support. Not too thick that it changes the fit/sizing of the shoe. I have very flat feet so anything with an elevated/lifted heel usually causes back pain( which is why Jordan 1s are my preferred sneaker due to flatness of the shoe) but still needed something with arch support. These have held up after a month of solid work with no complaints. I purchased size range 13- 14 for my size 13 sneakers and they fit without having to be cut or modified, they maybe short in a size 14 of the same style sneaker.

After experiencing heel pain similar to a time where I had plantar fasciitis I immediately scheduled time with a doctor at Twin Cities Orthopedics. He found that while I did not have plantar fasciitis I needed to strengthen my foot muscles& use an insole that would provide better arch support. Among the options he recommended was the Superfeet brand. I started using them& found some immediate relief for the pain. Between the insoles& exercised I have received noticable relief that keeps improving. Very pleased with the product to this point. I 've been using Superfeet insoles for decades. In ski boots, hiking boots, running shoes, etc. After trying other brands, I 've always come back to Superfeet, with the exception of Sole Performance re- corked medium insoles, but even that's a toss up. Once trimmed, the Superfeet feel good from the start and continue to serve me well for quite some time. I use them for walking distances, standing on my feet all day at work and light hikes. I have other versions of Superfeet, some discontinued, some not, but the winner( for me) is the Superfeet Run Cushion Medium Arch. I use them in Clark's, Adidas and Hoka trail and running shoes. I need arch support to NOT have foot pain. These are great. One issue I had was that the adjustable strap was too long, as my foot is not `` very tall. '' When I tightened the adjustable strap, the strap hit the floor/ground. So, I took them to a shoe repair shop and had the straps shortened by 1 inch. Now, they are perfect for my feet.
