Fast. Currently running in Invincible 3s and Infinity Rn4s, I actually bought these just to have. As an older runner with knee arthritis, I need good cushion. I tried these out on a 6 mile treadmill run and wow- these shoes are quick!! There is great support and the sole is perfect no matter where your foot strikes.( I ’ m a mid- forefoot striker). And they are super light; they feel much lighter than my other pairs( above). Looks like I ’ ll be using these for speed work. Kudos again Nike!

This is my first pair of Hokas and I 'm in love. They are comfortable, well cushioned, and fit my foot nicely. I liked them much better than all the other pairs I tried on at Dick's- I tried on a variety of shoes, including On Cloud, Nike, etc. I have worn them several times now, for hours at a time, working out, on long walks etc. I think shoes are a very personal experience and choice... but these were literally perfect for me.

I was looking for a new shoe for my fitness walks. I ’ m a quite speedy walker( 4+ mph) and needed something to support my heel and arches. I tried lululemon and Hokas and both made my arches hurt immediately, I couldn ’ t finish my walk. I tried the Brooks Glycerin GTS and they were amazing. I had one of my fastest walks ever!! I ’ m glad I got the extra supper because my arches hurt a little as I was warming up, but the shoe supported me well and I was able to do my entire walk. The heel is also supportive without being too squishy. I don ’ t notice feeling super hot in them, but I haven ’ t worn them in the summer yet. While I ’ d love to wear these everyday, I ’ m reserving them just for exercise, so they don ’ t wear out too quickly. I ’ m normally a size 7. 5 in sneakers and I got a 7. 5 in Brooks.

These are the ones!! True to size, clean look, super comfortable. They are cushioned, they give a little bounce to your walk, and they are a great all around shoe. I love my air max 270s but they are not the best support in the gym. These give good support for running, the recumbent bike, and I ’ ve had ease lifting with them. For super heavy lifting I understand a flatter shoe but these have given me 0 issues and I wear them 6x a week, and have had them for a month. I walk at least 10, 000 steps every day, so having the right shoes is very important to me. I used to wear the New Balance 9060, which I liked, but after switching to the Hoka Bondi 9, I can confidently say these are even better. The cushioning is amazing — it feels like I ’ m walking on clouds. My feet stay comfortable all day with no pain or fatigue, even after long walks.
