After a less enjoyable Vaporfly 3, I was ecstatic to try these on and immediately notice the similarities to the Vaporfly 2 which was previously my favorite Nike racings shoe. “ Adding lightness, ” in the words of Lotus, is the best thing you can do whenever you already have an incredible design. Laces have improved slightly, and are still the best on the market; these don ’ t stretch and don ’ t come untied. Durability is always the tradeoff with some foams, and is the only possible criticism of this pair.

This shoe has completely revived my running and is the best shoe I have ever worn. I 've been a distance runner since 1984 and wore Pegs for much of my life. Switched to Zoom Fly when the first edition came out. The 6 is an absolute game changer. First run out of the box ran about: 30/mile faster than my usual slog without trying to do so. My HR is commensurately higher, but my legs and body feel much easier. Just a tremendous shoe for forefoot or midfoot strikers- would not recommend for heel strikers. I am older and much slower than I used to be but I am enjoying runs more than I have in years.

These are really great shoes. Hands down probably the best running shoes I 've owned. I 've been suffering from ball of foot pain( metatarsalgia) under the second toe for about 8 months, and it really started to flare up within the last 1. 5 months. I tend to be a forefoot striker and typically run about 5- 7 miles when I go out. Just went on a 7 mile run with the AlphaFly Next% 2 and they really did help to neutralize the impact on the 2nd metatarsal head to the point where I felt no soreness or pain post run. Nike recommended a size 9. 5, but I ended up buying a size 11 and it fits perfect. Hope Nike continues to make shoes like this since it helped me avoid having to give up running.

Not perfect but the best racing supershoe that I ’ ve used among VF2, VF3, adizero adios, AF3. Just received VF4s but yet to run in them. My first run in these AF3s was a shakeout before a half marathon. Was concerned as the shoes squeaked for about 2. 5 miles but that finally subsided. Have run 2 half marathons in these- each time was PR by 4 minutes. Best thing for me is the low volume toe box. I have narrow, low volume feet. The VF3s are way too baggy in the toe box for me. These shoes do “ hoof clop ” loudly like the old tempo next% trainers. Ppl always turning their head as I come up on them🤣

Well. I bought 4 pairs. These are everything I was hoping for. Essentially a springy, barefoot run with great energy return. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches. As for this model compared to the Alphafly 2 and original…they improved them tremendously. They are snug without pressure, better foam profile, and the lacing system doesn ’ t untie easily. They are extremely versatile and great for everyday wear. They look just as nice paired with an outfit for dinner as they do for a hike or a long walk. The neutral light brown matte goes so well with every color. Lastly, they are extremely comfortable and run on the wide side.

Overall a super high quality track spike. I had the Dragonfly XC ’s before and these are a huge step up. I almost forgot I was wearing them because they are so light. Speed wise they feel amazing, they can handle 200 repeats or a 2 mile race. They make both feel smooth and efficient, really loving getting to wear them so far. Im not the best track athlete but these are great for races the plate is very springy and at the end of your 3200s or 1600s you dont feel nearly as fatigued with the plate helping. The looks also dont mean much but beautiful look… for the first couple wears. These get compressed and brownish very quickly after a couple races but they are still plenty comfortable and also will have you right for some prs

Bought these a couple of weeks ago for track season, I have not worn them too much yet, but so far I ’ ve noticed they are comfy and light, and super cute colors. But, they are super tight on my feet. They feel very slim, maybe I should ’ ve gotten a wide. However, I do not wear a wide in any other shoe, so I am not sure why these feel so tight.

It was great to have a first- buy chance as a Nike Member. Which of course did n't happen because the site was overrun and the Nike online retail let the bulk resale buyers have their way.

I run the 100 and the 200 and while in the 100 it ’s by far the best spike I ’ ve ever used but when u hit the curve in the 200 it ’s bounce causes a lack of control it ’s definitely something that I have to work on but it will be a learning curve running with them but once i figure that out 10/10 spikes love the color sizing is perfect and it ’s by far the most comfortable spike the plate on the bottom returns so much energy and makes anyone feel like they can go sub 21
