I struggled to find a child seat option that would work for me. I tested a trailer once and was not a fan, and it wasn ’ t practical for getting around town. One reason I struggled to find a seat that would work is I have a gravel bike, which the geometry made it tricky to find any option that would work. Second reason is I am only 5 ’ 6 ” and have a 52cm frame, so there is limited mounting space on my bike. It has a really wonderful adjuster system that allows for your child to grow and still be secure and comfortable. The feet straps AND the magnetic buckles are especially easy. We purchased a second base, and think this is a great strategy to not be tied to one bicycle if you and your partner have a different size bike! The one constructive feedback is it can be a little bouncy for baby down hill because of its attachment. Acceleration and upwards baby is very stable.

We bought the Yep Nexxt Maxi a couple months ago for my two year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. The construction is solid and the frame mounting provides a good amount of shock absorption. I really like it too. Unlike the front mounted seat we have before, it has no impact on my riding style and does not interfere with stopping and starting when riding in traffic. The harness is great, but you have to make sure you get it tight around the legs before snugging around the shoulders, or the shoulders can become loose as the webbing around the legs tightens. The foot holders are fantastic. They hold tight during the ride and prevent errant kicking and are east to secure and remove.

Riding with my son on the back is as good as can be expected, though standing up from the saddle to get up a hill is not something I can recommend as the seat whips as the bike rocks back and forth.

the R92 is a solid built machine previously I had a proform that broke whenever I rode the proform it would constantly move side to side plus the seat was uncomforatable and a few other things th R92 does n't move the seat is comforatable the backrest leans slightly back the programs are good the resistance levels are good I paid extra for the inside delivery and that was well worth it I had them take it upstairs they had it assembled and ready to use in 30 minutes. Love this bike seat. My son has so much fun going for rides. It's solid and easy to install. Though because I have a mountain bike, I had to modify it a bit to fit, but it was n't hard at all. A few reviews here say it does n't fit, but all you have to do is take the housing off of the front part of the bracket. Once you 've done that, it fits perfectly to any style of bike. It of course does change the normal riding feel and your turning radius is lower, but this is n't supposed to be able to handle what you would normally do on your maintain bike. I 've added a picture of the bracket on the bike for reference. The metal part of the front of the bracket pops right out with a flat head screw driver and you 're good to go.

I bought this seat after much research for my very first grandson. The seat fits his body perfectly. It goes on and off the bike in under 10 seconds. It gives the parents added security of having their arms wrapped around the baby. The harness is childproof, and almost adult proof. My grandson smiled immediately upon being placed in the seat. Having the option of buying a second mounting kit made it easy to switch between my son and daughter- in- law ‘s bike. I don ’ t believe they had these when my son was a baby. Having a baby in front is definitely a perk and a great safety feature. My son and his family loved their Christmas present this year and I did too.

Bought Oct 2023. Used several times. Works fantastic. You keep the child in front of you between your arms. 10 month old of 22lbs and 31 ” loves it. Padding on handhold is not very durable—a teether chewed through quickly. We mounted a toy there for him. It does slightly limit your steering mobility; but that is fine because you aren ’ t making aggressive turns with the child. It is much better for an infant than a rear seat…. he doesn ’ t feel alone and you have full control and visibility. Very fast shipping.

I 've got a large Salsa Timberjack, after measuring the stem was PRAYING that his beautiful little seat would fit my bike, low and behold IT DOES. Let me just check off the other questions/fears I had before purchasing: Will I need to adjust my knees around the seat while pedalling?- I 'm 6' 0 ''( 183cm) tall, NO issues with my knees. Will the stems from HER handlebars conflict with the front fork of my bike?- NO, but juuuuust barely. Will my daughter( 14mo at time time of posting) love this thing?- She absolutely loves it I 'm overjoyed that my bike was able to accommodate the seat. I will say, a bike with a more upright riding position would be ideal for this seat, w/ the Timberjack I do need to sort of hunch my chest to accommodate my daughters helmet, but it's not so uncomfortable that I do n't want to ride, and we 're only out for 30- 60min at a time, doing local paved/crusher fine gravel trails. For any casual ride, I do n't think you can beat this seat.

Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! The electronics are easy to use and find a program that suits my fitness levels.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! The quality of the Marcy NS- 652 is fantastic. The size is easy to move from storage to use. The assembly is very easy too. I had to have my husband shorten the seat an inch. I am petite. Until he shortened the seat, I had to fully extend my legs to pedal and I was not sitting on the bike correctly. The bike is exactly what I wanted to stay active and enjoy life with less hip pain. I was a little skeptical considering I already have a recumbent bike that is not quiet but figured what the heck. I live in a condo and I use this bike a various times and no one can hear a thing!
