These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym. You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color. Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.

The ankle bands when properly attached have little to no give so all of the energy is transferred to the resistance bands. I am impressed with how sturdy and comfortable the trainer is while in use. I bought this as a gift to myself for Christmas 2024 and took my time and set it up in 2 days( 2 hours a day basically) it was easy to set up as I was intimidated at first. I DID IT MYSELF 57 YO FEMALE! Fits in my she room with enough space to do all of the exercises! No need for gym memberships! I LOVE THIS MACHINE 🎶

I ’ ve had the triple handles and bought an assortment of cables ranging from 10 to 50 pounds. This means( using either one, two, or 3 cables) that I can create most combinations of total weight between 10 and 150 lbs. I use standard dumbbells in addition to these but any time I travel these just come along in a small duffel bag. Weights stay in the basement and these frequently come to the living room for quiet/safe use- just anchored to a door. I would definitely buy again and lifeline ’s triple handles with their flexibility are far better than what I ’ ve found elsewhere with single handles.
