These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym. You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color. Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.

I 've used a Lifeline TNT All- In- One Resistance Cable System for a number of years, and I 've always found it to be a very efficient and compact piece of equipment When I got the system originally, it came with 40 lb resistance cables, which worked fine for some exercises, but not so well for others. It never occurred to me until now to get an additional set of 30 lb cables. Between the 2 sets of cables, I now can do every exercise that I want to do and still have some room for growth. This means( using either one, two, or 3 cables) that I can create most combinations of total weight between 10 and 150 lbs. I use standard dumbbells in addition to these but any time I travel these just come along in a small duffel bag. I 'm 62 and purchased this about 2 months ago. So far, I find it to be very good. I lift weights 3 days a week and use this Golf Forever the other 4 days of the week. It's not a `` muscle strenuous '' workout so it compliments my other routine. My weakness is with balance and flexibility so I believe over time this Golf Forever trainer will help because I 'm already seeing some benefits. Before starting it asks you what equipment you have so it can provide routines that you can do in addition to the Golf Forever trainer. I would suggest getting a good foam roller because the routines they have for it are good.

Good equipment and great results so far. 3 weeks into it and I have quantifiable positive results. The program membership will cost more after the trial but it is explained. No carry case when bought from GG but I wouldn ’ t be carrying it around so it ’s meaningless. The equipment and program get results. I ’ ve done 3 weeks 6 days per week and 32- 40 minutes per session and all sessions have golf related impact. I will continue using it. Buy it from wherever but buy it and use it. You ’ ll be glad.

This is a great machine! It's solid and high quality, and it has enough exercise options to let me mix it up. Doing the same 5 or 6 lifts every time gets old, and it's not ideal for training. The Centr 3 allows me to hit each muscle group in multiple ways so my workouts do n't stagnate. The Smith bar is my favorite aspect of the machine. I suffered some spinal injuries several years ago, and that has really limited my ability to keep fit and mobile. In particular, squats were out of the question. My legs still have some good strength, but I have nerve damage that compromises my ability to stabilize the lift. With the Centr 3, I can rely on the mechanical stability of the Smith bar, allowing me to start reversing the muscle loss from years of `` taking it easy. '' I know I 'll never be as strong as I was before my injuries, but with Centr in my corner, I 'll be a heck of a lot closer!

[ I 've owned the Centr 3 for almost a year and it has completely met my expectations! The fact that it includes the attributes of a Smith Machine means I can safely squat, bench and complete other exercises where being unable to finish the exercise might compromise my safety. It also provides so many options/variations for lifts that it does n't lend itself to that workout `` killer '' of falling into the same routine.

It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

Two of 3 bands were worthless as one was cut and glued the second baby having been packaged too long would not unroll easily. Upon inspection this band had several defects which if used would imperial the safety of the user. To improve the separation a neutral membrane placed between the layers will solve the sticking. Both defective bands have been replaced after pictures were sent to the US office and the replacement bands are free of defects and perform as intended.
