We really like this machine. It's very smooth in operation and very quiet. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble if you have any mechanical aptitude at all. It is super sturdy. I 'm 6 feet 4, 230 pounds and it handles my weight with no problem as well as providing plenty of range of motion. One of my favorite things is that it takes up very little space. Do n't be fooled by how easy it seems when you first start, it will give you a major leg workout. The computer thing is nice if you 're into that sort of thing. The assembly was actually very simple and straightforward which was nice. The assembly video QR code didn ’ t work but the instructions in the user ’s manual were easy to follow. There were a few screws that were a little hard to get in, but overall it wasn ’ t bad. It didn ’ t take long at all to put together. It was nice that all of the necessary tools came with the machine so I didn ’ t need anything else. The stepper doesn ’ t take up much space which is nice. Starting it up was super quick and easy. I will say, I don ’ t love that there isn ’ t an on/off switch. My gym is a little tight so crouching down to plug it in every time is a little tricky. I liked that I could start a manual workout literally as soon as I turned it on without connecting to the internet or a subscription. The screen is a good size, I wondered if I would want the larger size but overall, I think it's great. The fan is very powerful which is nice because seriously the workout is a killer! I also really like that it has a cupholder and that it is in a really convenient spot. I wish there was a little more storage on the sides for my airpod case but it ’s not a dealbreaker. Working remotely and sometimes sitting up to 10 hours a day, needed some thing to use when I ’ m not able to take the dog out for long walks. I broke four vertebrae a few years ago on slush so when it ’s cold and snowy, I ’ m staying indoors. Squats hurt my knees after a bit so I tried this. I absolutely love it! Delivery was super fast and well packed, booklet a little confusing, so I found assembly online which helped. If you look at both ends of the wires, you will see which side is the connector clip that you need. That was my hold up but I put it together myself in about 15 minutes. Since you are not supposed to use it longer than 15 minutes at a stretch, I jump on it in the morning and the evening and only do about five minutes each time. Within a couple of days, I felt a difference and that tiny bit of cellulite my thighs were getting starting to fade. It ’s only been a week. And I ’ m 63. This sits in the corner of my room and it ’s quiet. I prefer the one with the handle and I could set my phone in the little holder if I want to use music. Highly recommend. Sometimes Amazon has a great deal on it. But I got the Smart stepper in black( I did not want the mini or one with arm bands, I, like the handlebar stability). My husband liked it too!
