This machine is a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. The display is basic, but the heart rate monitor is accurate. It's compact enough that it does n't take up too much space, and it is very quiet. I received it within a week of ordering it, and the box was pretty damaged, but none of the pieces seemed affected. Love it. Great workout. Almost seems better than those expensive stepmills. Also love that it more closely mimics running in a way combined with stepping, but without the harshness on the joints. I love it even more because of the price point. Feels sturdy. The large elliptical turn crank did get jammed on one side when we received it, but we managed to pull it out and fix it. It must have fallen on its side to cause the jam.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. This treadmill is something. It might be ruining my marriage. JK JK. My wife uses it frequently and it's great for her. I get my time in but honestly it's great to use and feels first rate. I 'd like to see what other equipment is also available. I really dig using my phone on it. It has a ledge which is basic but really adequate. Nothing too flashy but it just works.

The dashboard is n't complicated at all which honestly makes it easier for me to workout. I love that I can connect my phone directly to the machine and listen to my music that way instead of worrying if my headphones are charged. The fan is a really nice feature as well! The belt is surprisingly quiet even at a faster speed. I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

Very quite, easy to use and the brushless motor makes for a low EMI generator. Came with everything I required to assemble and the assembly went smoothly. The only problem, I had, was the assembly manual made no mention of the main power switch located at the base of the treadmill. I thought I had a defective treadmill when I tried to start it from the push button switch on the console for the very first time. Would n't hurt to put this step in an updated version of the assembly manual. So far, I 'm pleased with my purchase, good value for the cost. Would I do business with Sunny Health again? That will depend on how well the treadmill holds up to daily use and how well Sunny Health stands behind their products when I need repair service.

The modes and programs are easy to adjust and the controls located on both the hand rests and the large display. It is not too heavy to move around and I do like the auto incline feature.
