I did n't have a lot of room, however, I have numerous cast iron dumbbells. This product addresses my needs in this regard, completely. It's sturdy, was n't excessively priced and looks very professional. For the lowest level shelf, I have( 2) 55's,( 1) 50 and( 2) 45's; midlevel is( 2) 40's,( 2) 35's and( 2) 15's; top shelf( 2) 30's,( 2) 25's and( 2) 20's for a total of 580lbs. No weight capacity was listed on any of the literature that came with the rack, but, the current load does n't seem to be a problem. It could probably handle more. The product was delivered without any damage. If you need more capacity, purchasing( 2) of these racks would take up less space than some of the larger racks. If you have a lot of dumbbells that clutter your workout area, it's tough to go wrong with buying this rack. I have high expectations related to my purchases and I could n't be happier.

I assembled it with ease and loaded my dumbells on and was thoroughly impressed with the durability of this rack. I went into the store and the Dick's associate assisted me purchasing it online while in the store. However when I was trying to purchase the product online there was a 40% discount in progress. When I purchased it... a couple of days later, this 40% discount was not available therefore I had to pay the full amount. I was not pleased with this.

The nuts and bolts are kind of a pain in the tush to tighten and they don ’ t tell you exactly what size of Allen key and wrench that you need. In the end, it ’s worth it. Most dumbbells' weight sets include curl bars as part of the total poundage, but this vinyl weight set is fully 40 lbs of weights, which means to add the weights to your leg developer, straight bar, etc., you can count on 40 total pounds. The compact bar is really nice because you do n't have extra bar that's unnecessarily sticking out and for storage as well. The spring clip collars are easy to use. For a starter set of weights for a teenager--- this is a durable beginners set and can nicely accommodate the seasoned weightlifter as well.

Changing weight is done with a smooth, easy click, and, unlike other options I looked into, they maintain a normal configuration and distribution throughout weight options that still feel like normal dumbells. Rubber insert on the contoured handle makes gripping them much more comfortable that standard all- metal dumbbell grips, especially at heavier weight settings. Changing weight settings just takes seconds, allowing me to quickly change weights in the middle of a workout video without having to pause the video. Although somewhat expensive, I would recommend purchasing the associated metal stand; it fits perfectly with the pair of dumbbell trays and keeps everything at a comfortable height( especially nice when working with heavier weight settings). Purchased this as replacement for Sunny cycle I had unresolved mechanical problems with. Item arrived un damaged and was easily assembled. So far no issues but ride time has been limited. I also have Sunny elliptical and rower so do a at home circuit. This cycle is very quiet, no headphones needed to shut out machine noise. I appreciate Sunny ’s efforts on fixing previous cycle but no success so replaced with slight upgrade. I do wish handle bars where 4 way adjustable rather than only 2 but this drawback is listed in specs. Not sure about light weight flywheel but so far so good. Their app is useful. Recently purchased this for my boyfriend. He LOVES it! We played around with the Nordick ones in store and we both agreed the transitions on it was horrible and too time consuming compared to these. Also less bulky than the other ones as well which is something my boyfriend wanted to avoid. All in all, great buy!

When I first started looking for adjustable dumbbells I decided to go with Bowflex. I called and asked them what they have and they were all out of the Bowflex but they had Ethos. I talked to the rep a bit about them. I went down there and bought the Ethos and I ’ ve never looked back. I love the way they look and the way they work. I can do everything with them no gym needed. In a few weeks my arms went from 13 to 17 inches. Ethos has helped me to lose over 40lbs along side my cardio. Putting the weights back can be a little clunky and not smooth but I ’ m a Man so I can handle it lol. In all seriousness once you get the hang of it they are super easy to put back. I use the two hand technique and they slide right in. These things have changed my life I love them so much.

Love these Weights! They are so easy to change the weights and pull the correct amount right away. The only downside is to put the weight back, you do have to move the other weights apart from each other in order to fit. Not hard or annoying, but just a little different. They are very sturdy and me and my husband can use them which is perfect for us!
