I do n't have a lot of room in my workout room, but I wanted to get all of my dumbbells off the floor. Dumbbell racks are expensive! I came across this one and the dimensions looked like it would fit in the room I have( and it was so much cheaper than all of the others), so I bought it! It is perfect! It holds all of my dumbbells! Here are the sizes I have: pairs of 25, 20, 15, 12, 10, 8, 7, 5, 4, 3. There is enough room for another set, too.

Bought this for my home gym I put it together myself. I said it took about an hour before I had to tighten everything down. The nuts and bolts are kind of a pain in the tush to tighten and they don ’ t tell you exactly what size of Allen key and wrench that you need. In the end, it ’s worth it. It feels super sturdy and solid. I have just about all the weight between five and 50 on here.

Good set of dumbbells that replace what would have been a lot of weights. Good, compact design means they do n't take up a lot of space in a small home gym, which is great as that's what I 've got. Comfortable to hold for me( I have small hands) and easy to use to change weights. I got these specifically because they offer 2. 5lb increments across the weight spectrum: especially as you go up in weights, sometimes adding 5lbs per hand can feel like just too much for me, so the 2. 5lb option was fantastic. That said, they are a bit on the pricey side: more so than the other options, and they 're not expandable, unfortunately. I knew that when I bought them, and I do n't think it 'll be an issue for me for a while, but it is something to consider before purchasing.

[ I 've been using the Bowflex SelectTech 52 dumbbells for my home workouts and they have been fantastic. What I love most is how fast and easy the weight adjustment is. The dial system lets you change resistance in seconds, making it perfect for workouts where you move between exercises or increase weight gradually. They are also great space savers. Instead of needing an entire rack of dumbbells, these compact weights sit neatly in their tray and keep my workout area organized. For anyone building a home gym, this is a huge advantage. The grip feels comfortable and secure, and the small 2. 5- lb increments at lower weights allow for precise progress as you get stronger. Overall, the Bowflex 52s are versatile, easy to use, and perfect for home strength training. Whether you 're a beginner or someone looking to simplify your gym setup, these dumbbells offer great value and functionality. Highly recommended!

Most dumbbells' weight sets include curl bars as part of the total poundage, but this vinyl weight set is fully 40 lbs of weights, which means to add the weights to your leg developer, straight bar, etc., you can count on 40 total pounds. The compact bar is really nice because you do n't have extra bar that's unnecessarily sticking out and for storage as well. The spring clip collars are easy to use. For a starter set of weights for a teenager--- this is a durable beginners set and can nicely accommodate the seasoned weightlifter as well.

I 've only been using these a couple of weeks, but I can say without a doubt that I prefer them to my old PowerBlocks. It's so simple to adjust the weight, the dumbbells feel solid and not too bulky, and they 're just generally really solid selectable dumbbells for the price point. The only critique I have is that the base for each dumbbell feels flimsy as heck, so I have to be extra careful storing them. I may pick up a stand at some point, though.

A small weight rack, but nice for a home gym that does n't have a full set of all weights. Very sturdy, nice quality. The one thing I wondered about prior to purchasing that is n't listed in the description is how long it is to determine how much it will hold. There are 2 weight racks, each is 28 1/2 '' long. Purchased this as replacement for Sunny cycle I had unresolved mechanical problems with. Item arrived un damaged and was easily assembled. So far no issues but ride time has been limited. I also have Sunny elliptical and rower so do a at home circuit. This cycle is very quiet, no headphones needed to shut out machine noise. I appreciate Sunny ’s efforts on fixing previous cycle but no success so replaced with slight upgrade. I do wish handle bars where 4 way adjustable rather than only 2 but this drawback is listed in specs. Not sure about light weight flywheel but so far so good. Their app is useful. Sunny products are good value.

Had been looking for affordable adjustable dumbbels for years, and finally came across these ones. Excellent quality, only inconvenient compared to the competitors is the few minutes you spend setting up the weights between each set/exercise. You can buy extensions/heavier plates at the store. I 'd recommend buying gloves to protect your hands from the coarse grip.

When I first started looking for adjustable dumbbells I decided to go with Bowflex. I called and asked them what they have and they were all out of the Bowflex but they had Ethos. I talked to the rep a bit about them. I went down there and bought the Ethos and I ’ ve never looked back. I love the way they look and the way they work. I can do everything with them no gym needed. In a few weeks my arms went from 13 to 17 inches. Ethos has helped me to lose over 40lbs along side my cardio. Putting the weights back can be a little clunky and not smooth but I ’ m a Man so I can handle it lol. In all seriousness once you get the hang of it they are super easy to put back. I use the two hand technique and they slide right in. These things have changed my life I love them so much.

Compact dumbbell storage solutions help maximize space in your workout area, making them ideal for home gyms or smaller fitness spaces. They keep your dumbbells organized and easily accessible, which can enhance your workout efficiency. Additionally, a well-organized storage system can help prevent accidents and injuries by reducing clutter.
There are various types of compact dumbbell storage options, including racks, stands, and trees designed to hold multiple pairs of dumbbells. Some storage solutions are tiered to save vertical space, while others are designed to fit neatly in corners or against walls. The choice of storage type can depend on the size of your dumbbells and the layout of your workout area.
When selecting compact dumbbell storage, consider the amount of space you have available and the number of dumbbells you need to store. Look for options that offer stability and durability, as well as features like adjustable shelves or tiered designs for better organization. Additionally, think about the aesthetic and how it will fit in with your overall gym decor.
Compact dumbbell storage solutions can be made from a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and wood. Metal racks tend to offer greater durability and stability, while plastic options may be lighter and easier to move. It's important to choose a material that can support the weight of your dumbbells and withstand regular use.
Many compact dumbbell storage solutions are designed to accommodate a range of dumbbell sizes and weights, but it's essential to check the specifications before purchasing.
