[ I 've been using the Bowflex SelectTech 52 dumbbells for my home workouts and they have been fantastic. What I love most is how fast and easy the weight adjustment is. The dial system lets you change resistance in seconds, making it perfect for workouts where you move between exercises or increase weight gradually. They are also great space savers. Instead of needing an entire rack of dumbbells, these compact weights sit neatly in their tray and keep my workout area organized. For anyone building a home gym, this is a huge advantage. The grip feels comfortable and secure, and the small 2. 5- lb increments at lower weights allow for precise progress as you get stronger. Overall, the Bowflex 52s are versatile, easy to use, and perfect for home strength training. Whether you 're a beginner or someone looking to simplify your gym setup, these dumbbells offer great value and functionality. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased this for my boyfriend. He LOVES it! We played around with the Nordick ones in store and we both agreed the transitions on it was horrible and too time consuming compared to these. Also less bulky than the other ones as well which is something my boyfriend wanted to avoid. All in all, great buy!

When I first started looking for adjustable dumbbells I decided to go with Bowflex. I called and asked them what they have and they were all out of the Bowflex but they had Ethos. I talked to the rep a bit about them. I went down there and bought the Ethos and I ’ ve never looked back. I love the way they look and the way they work. I can do everything with them no gym needed. In a few weeks my arms went from 13 to 17 inches. Ethos has helped me to lose over 40lbs along side my cardio. Putting the weights back can be a little clunky and not smooth but I ’ m a Man so I can handle it lol. In all seriousness once you get the hang of it they are super easy to put back. I use the two hand technique and they slide right in. These things have changed my life I love them so much.

The last purchase you will ever make! What more could one need! Convenient, compact, portability are just a few advantages of these weights. No more weights scattered throughout the gym. The dial and lock mechanism is fantastic and easy to use! Change the amount of weight very simply! The weights came with a convenient base to house the weights. Sleek black and fantastic grip. A must have!!!

Summer M
Love these Weights! They are so easy to change the weights and pull the correct amount right away. The only downside is to put the weight back, you do have to move the other weights apart from each other in order to fit. Not hard or annoying, but just a little different. They are very sturdy and me and my husband can use them which is perfect for us!

I picked these up at the Bellevue, WA store. I was surprised by the price compared to others I 'd seen online. But I picked up a pair and I 'm glad I did. After I unboxed these I found the quality was very high. The clips that come with this are very heavy duty and high quality. When I went back to Amazon and looked up anything approaching the quality of these dumbbell bars it was more expensive there when I added in two sets of very high quality clips. These weigh in at 9. 9 lbs( probably 10 on a better scale).

Good set of dumbbells that replace what would have been a lot of weights. Good, compact design means they do n't take up a lot of space in a small home gym, which is great as that's what I 've got. Comfortable to hold for me( I have small hands) and easy to use to change weights. I got these specifically because they offer 2. 5lb increments across the weight spectrum: especially as you go up in weights, sometimes adding 5lbs per hand can feel like just too much for me, so the 2. 5lb option was fantastic. That said, they are a bit on the pricey side: more so than the other options, and they 're not expandable, unfortunately. I knew that when I bought them, and I do n't think it 'll be an issue for me for a while, but it is something to consider before purchasing.

Had been looking for affordable adjustable dumbbels for years, and finally came across these ones. Excellent quality, only inconvenient compared to the competitors is the few minutes you spend setting up the weights between each set/exercise. You can buy extensions/heavier plates at the store. I 'd recommend buying gloves to protect your hands from the coarse grip.

Most dumbbells' weight sets include curl bars as part of the total poundage, but this vinyl weight set is fully 40 lbs of weights, which means to add the weights to your leg developer, straight bar, etc., you can count on 40 total pounds. The compact bar is really nice because you do n't have extra bar that's unnecessarily sticking out and for storage as well. The spring clip collars are easy to use. For a starter set of weights for a teenager--- this is a durable beginners set and can nicely accommodate the seasoned weightlifter as well.

this takes your dumbbells to the next level it allows you to configure each dumbbell for 80, 85 and 90 lbs. they are metal plates with rods that attach them in a way that allows the dumbbell to slide right in and expands the system. Pricey but a good product. Try to find them on sale.

Bodybuilding dumbbells are versatile tools that can enhance your strength training routine by allowing for a wide range of exercises targeting different muscle groups. They help improve muscle definition and size, as well as increase overall strength and endurance. Additionally, using dumbbells can promote better balance and coordination compared to machines.
Bodybuilding dumbbells are typically made from a variety of materials including cast iron, rubber, and chrome. Cast iron provides durability and a traditional feel, while rubber-coated options can help protect floors and reduce noise during workouts. Chrome finishes are often used for aesthetic appeal and added corrosion resistance.
Choosing the right weight for bodybuilding dumbbells depends on your fitness level and training goals. Beginners may start with lighter weights to focus on form and technique, while more experienced lifters might opt for heavier weights to challenge their muscles. It's important to select a weight that allows you to perform exercises with proper form while still providing a challenge.
Bodybuilding dumbbells can be used for a wide variety of exercises, including presses, curls, rows, and lunges. They are effective for both upper and lower body workouts, allowing for isolation of specific muscles or compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups. This versatility makes them suitable for various training styles, from bodybuilding to functional fitness.
Adjustable dumbbells are an excellent option for bodybuilding as they offer flexibility in weight selection without taking up much space. They allow users to easily change weights to accommodate different exercises and progression in strength. This adaptability can be particularly beneficial for those with limited space or who want to gradually increase their lifting capacity.
