[ Adjustable weight set is very versatile; each dumbbell replaces 14 standard individual dumbbells while taking up the space of one dumbbell and placing substantially less stress on the floor( compared to a set of 14 individual dumbbells). Rubber insert on the contoured handle makes gripping them much more comfortable that standard all- metal dumbbell grips, especially at heavier weight settings. Changing weight settings just takes seconds, allowing me to quickly change weights in the middle of a workout video without having to pause the video. Although somewhat expensive, I would recommend purchasing the associated metal stand; it fits perfectly with the pair of dumbbell trays and keeps everything at a comfortable height( especially nice when working with heavier weight settings). Would definitely recommend this for a home gym.

When I first started looking for adjustable dumbbells I decided to go with Bowflex. I called and asked them what they have and they were all out of the Bowflex but they had Ethos. I talked to the rep a bit about them. I went down there and bought the Ethos and I ’ ve never looked back. I love the way they look and the way they work. I can do everything with them no gym needed. In a few weeks my arms went from 13 to 17 inches. Ethos has helped me to lose over 40lbs along side my cardio. Putting the weights back can be a little clunky and not smooth but I ’ m a Man so I can handle it lol. In all seriousness once you get the hang of it they are super easy to put back. I purchased the standard 14 inch threaded dumbbell handles. The chrome is very nice with no chipping or excess. The threaded collars move very smoothly and do not catch like some of the other cheaper threaded dumbbell's I tried. I really like that the chrome handles that are thicker in the middle- it is very comfortable for my hands.( I wear an men's XL glove.) Compared to similar sets from Amazon that come with 40 pounds of weight for$ 40- 50 it will end up costing$ 60 for the same amount of weight. Item shipped quickly and is the best price point for new dumbbells( I 've been searching everywhere.) There is a smell and it did take about a week in open air to go away. I did not wash them or do anything crazy, simply wiped them and left them on our weight bench( which is inside). There is no smell now. No scratches or anything, basically everything the description and the photo showed! Once I 'm able to move up in weight I 'll definitely be buying the next dumbbells here!

I did n't have a lot of room, however, I have numerous cast iron dumbbells. This product addresses my needs in this regard, completely. It's sturdy, was n't excessively priced and looks very professional. For the lowest level shelf, I have( 2) 55's,( 1) 50 and( 2) 45's; midlevel is( 2) 40's,( 2) 35's and( 2) 15's; top shelf( 2) 30's,( 2) 25's and( 2) 20's for a total of 580lbs. No weight capacity was listed on any of the literature that came with the rack, but, the current load does n't seem to be a problem. It could probably handle more. The product was delivered without any damage. If you need more capacity, purchasing( 2) of these racks would take up less space than some of the larger racks. If you have a lot of dumbbells that clutter your workout area, it's tough to go wrong with buying this rack. I have high expectations related to my purchases and I could n't be happier.

My concern when I purchased this product was the durability and the `` assembly required ''. Once I opened the box and saw the instructions as well as the product, I was pleasantly surprised. I assembled it with ease and loaded my dumbells on and was thoroughly impressed with the durability of this rack. Not for the Review: I was unable to successfully purchase this product online due to issues on the Dick's website. I went into the store and the Dick's associate assisted me purchasing it online while in the store. However when I was trying to purchase the product online there was a 40% discount in progress. When I purchased it... a couple of days later, this 40% discount was not available therefore I had to pay the full amount. I was not pleased with this.

[ I ’ ve been trying to find more ways to work out at home without needing much equipment and these hand weights work great. The handles are comfortable for me to hold. They are a good size for me to wrap my hand around firmly. The texture on them helps me keep my grip on them without worrying about them slipping in my hands. I love the hexagon shape of the ends. We have hardwood floors so it ’s nice to be able to set them in place without having them roll around. I like that the ends have rubber on them. I don ’ t have to worry about accidentally scratching the floor when I move them. They are a good weight for me to do multiple exercises with. My gym's DBs max- out at only 125 pounds each, so I bring these little guys in my Training Bag and put up to 8 45- pound Olympic Plates on each to do Extremely Heavy Bent 1- Armed DB Rows at 360 pounds. Purchased this as replacement for Sunny cycle I had unresolved mechanical problems with. Item arrived un damaged and was easily assembled. So far no issues but ride time has been limited. I also have Sunny elliptical and rower so do a at home circuit. This cycle is very quiet, no headphones needed to shut out machine noise. I appreciate Sunny ’s efforts on fixing previous cycle but no success so replaced with slight upgrade. I do wish handle bars where 4 way adjustable rather than only 2 but this drawback is listed in specs. Not sure about light weight flywheel but so far so good. Their app is useful.
