I 've been very happy with the action, durability and color options of the Rapala Cleanup Craw. I 've used it as a jig trailer and Texas rigged it on an EWG hook with success. The claws do n't tear off on short strikes which is a huge plus. The forward facing appendages on the side of the craw flutter when retrieved. Definitely my go to lure. If you just wan na catch a fish tie one of these on. Its small but VERY loud for a tiny lipless crankbait. Can cast really good even with a bait caster and is fairly aerodynamic, lands straight and belly down `` 99% '' of the time. I use this for both salt and fresh water. I got them over the winter and have been waiting for the chance to use them. Caught hefty bluegill( a bunch) from a local pond. Some bass, too. Totally wore out the body I was using from so many hits, see photo. I just fished them under a small bobber, nothing fancy.

The 2 1/2 '' in crawdad color catches fish! Tried the larger size and could n't even get a bite. They are a little thin though. Be nicer if the plastic was just a bit thicker. Including pic of a 4 1/2lber I caught in December at a local pond.
