I replaced this chair with my unfomfortable one and so glad I did. Initially, the seat looks lower than the replaced chair, but it is actually a little taller. It only took a few minutes to put together. The pump worked much better than I expected. One pleasant surprise was the small amount of space it occupied. My back is not killing me at the end of the day. I was hesitant about leaning back, but there is total support. The ball gets in really deep in the muscles. I always end up having stiff shoulders and a stiff neck and I 've been using the ball for a while. It helps so much and especially with the patterns too.

I have low back pain arthritic. So before I workout I use this to help relieve and stretch the tension. Plus I have tight hips and that helps with stretching before I run and play ball. It's temporary relief but it's a big help. The product is heavier and harder than the trigger point type but I use both I like this Nike one cuz it digs deep into area. This was 1 of the first things I bought from trigger point after a friend recommended it. I was so upset because I was working on some really bad back knots, and it was too soft. So I ordered the blk grid ball which is great. But now i 've realized you really have to have both. This is great for the neck or a muscle that is in really bad shape, etc. I think it's a must have for your fitness equipment.
