If those handles come off you either got to be chewing on them in your sleep or someones messing with your equipment. These types of handles do n't just slip on and off easy. I used to run a lot when I was younger just getting out of college, but then I stopped a little because my legs would get sore easy. I started reading up on jumping rope as a comparative exercise that has the same, if not better, benefits as running in less time. I saw a some other jump ropes that were somewhat bland and cheap looking, and then came across the weighted rope. It's been working like a charm. It is a little tangly/tight initially because of the material, but after a couple uses, it's fine. I sweat a lot when I workout, so my hands sometimes get slick and the handles could use a little more grip. Hopefully once my body gets more acclimated, it wo n't be an issue.

I chose the Lifeline rope because the weight is n't in the handles, its in the rope, which I wanted to compare to the weighted handle style. Its a different weorkout and a better one in my opinion. This rope is light and durable. I mainly use mine for taller routes and multi pitch as mine is an 80m and I like the diameter of the rope as well at a 9. 4. It's not the lightest rope but I sill love it and do n't mind hauling it. I 'd recommend to beginners, intermediate and experts alike. It will get the job done and well. Just keep it flaked properly to avoid twisting.

[ I bought the 2x dry smoke maxim a couple weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. its been used on 6- 10 climbs since I bought it, and its extremely durable, it was dragged up a lot of sharp rock with no fuzz forming on the outer sheath. also for me its the perfect stiffness. I would recommend getting it if you want a super nice workhorse rope.

[ This rope lasted a good while getting beat up on roof climbs in NC. Maxim's sheath design is unique and performed well over its use. The 9. 9mm version of this rope does n't do a great job getting through a gri gri, but it will still look brand new after working your project all day.
