I swear I ’ m getting an extra 15yrds. I have foot joy traditions and they come stock with spikes but they aren ’ t “ sticky ” enough. On a hot dry day, the spikes will do but I play a lot of early tee times so it ’s always wet. Once the spikes get clogged with mud they are pretty much useless so I decided to try a “ spikier ” cleat and I ’ m super happy. I feel like I ’ m generating more power now that I ’ m secure to the ground. 10/10 the ripper tool is a life saver.

I have over 40 rounds on my first set of tornado spikes. There is no wear yet on the permanent nubs on the sole. The spikes are showing some wear and a two small pieces have broken off. I 'm replacing them now but the I felt I got excellent wear from them. They are very comfortable and traction is excellent. They do trap loose grass while you are playing so cleaning as you play is important.
