This cage is taller and wider than I expected. The frame seems sturdy and bigger than others on the market. The paint coating seems good, but I did notice some rust in the interior frame, but it was n't too bad. The netting is thinner than I expected, so we 'll see how many seasons it will last before needing replacement. There are other reviews on amazon about adding extra carabiners, tarp ties, and chains to stretch out the nets. I would recommend reading that write up.

I don ’ t have a huge yard, and I wanted to get a portable cage for my son, who kept mashing balls into my neighbor ’s yard. I researched virtually every available option. Yes, there are cheaper models on the market, but do yourself a favor and spend more for the Skywalker cage. Easy assembly and came well packaged. Was up in under two hours with two adults doing the work net is sturdy enough for both me and my son to hit hard balls into it. I would buy some extra bungees, and definitely make sure that you pick up an L screen separately. Overall great product and I ’ m really happy with it.

Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

Bought this item online and was excited to get it because of the price. I had read some mixed reviews before purchasing, but figured I could always take it back to the store if it did n't work out. The cage set up in about 45 minutes and seemed really stable. We also have a Heater baseball machine we use with it and it was fun to get inside and take swings which were even too fast for me. After about 2 months, we had a big storm come through and one of my fiberglass rods broke( after going back and reading the instructions I now realize I should have taken the cage down before the storm). Obviously I was upset because it 'd only been a few months, but I called the Heater customer service line and there was a girl who was extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement pole for free and I replaced the part in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this cage to my friends. It's worked real good since it's been up and the only time it had an issue was when I was lazy and did n't take it down when we had a storm. My son has improved a ton since we got it and I 'm very happy with the purchase.

I have to admit, I was skeptical when I saw in the instructions that we have to `` bend the poles '' into an arc. I was sure they would snap. I even called the 1800 number to question them, but they assured me, they would bend easily..... and they did. I took about 100 swings the first day, had a blast with it, and it held up well. Works nicely with the Heater pitching machine, which hooks perfectly to the cage. Do n't try to use it for a golf cage, though. I hit seven golf balls, and four of them went right through the netting.

I got this on christmas and it didnt come with the two stakes to make it 36 ft. so we will be contacting them soon. i use it with the heater sinker. the sinker is good but has a topspin effect on the ball. but overall it is something to do an improves hitting once you get use to it. I bought this a few weeks back to finish my home gym. After having some hit and miss experiences with Ethos products in the past, I figured I 'd give them another shot for as attractive as this price is. Honestly, i was surprised at the quality and stability once i got it put together. It's comparable to some much more expensive half racks I 've used at commercial gyms, which was very impressive to me. Only reason I 'm not giving 5 stars is because the included J Hooks are terrible. They are extremely short and coated in rubber, which causes issues with both putting the bar into place safely, and the bar `` sticking '' on the rubber. I bought a replacement set of Yes4All 3x3( 1 inch hole) J Hooks off amazon for$ 40 which completely resolved this issue- feels way more like commercial hooks now. These also have a locking knob on the back that prevents the J Hook from moving making it way more stable as well. See pic I 've included of comparison. Since this was resolved as such a low price, it's not that big of a deal but definitely worth doing in my personal opinion. All in all, very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a half rack/ smaller rack for their home gym.
