This device is very comfortable. I 've been using the product for about 6 months( 5 months prior to buying my own). It had been amazing. The ability to enjoy different programs from the app, and the levels of cold and heat are amazing. Best of all, I do n't have to keep it plugged in to enjoy. The only negative I could see is that the battery does seem to be very short when enjoying the product, but it's you think about it, you get several 15- 20 minute sessions before you have to recharge it. Medical professionals recommend for pain and swelling to ice/ heat for about 20 minutes. Disclosure: I am 1 year removed from left knee ACL reconstruction surgery. I was looking for a high quality brace that wouldn ’ t break my wallet. I think I found the one!
