It is a little bulky and can be difficult to flex when the brace is in place. Also, it will tend to slide down when standing. It is overall a good machine, but a bit pricy for what you get.

[ I use compression boots almost every evening as a recovery tool, this was my first experience with a heating and cooling element- and a more specific area tool. First off the fit is excellent and highly adjustable. It comes with extenders if needed, but the overall size and build is perfect for my knee/leg. The Velcro is easy to adjust even while in use and overall easy to use. The settings are easy and intuitive, you can select compression level as well as cooling and heating preferences. I ’ ve used both on all settings and will use both for one recovery session. I ’ ve used before and after a workout and honestly love it for both, will most likely use it more after a workout or run- but would be open to using it before if I have pain or knee issue. Overall, I would recommend this and feel like it will be a game changer to help with my training. The heating and cooling alongside the compression makes all the difference. I plan to use this as well as my standard compression boots. [ I was given the Hyperice Knee to test, and I ’ ve been using it consistently after long runs and strength training sessions. [ Hyperice gave me this free product to try. So far, amazing product. I 've had a couple knee injuries in the past and they can get pretty sore after a lot of activity. This week, I 've gone on a ruck march, walked 18 holes of golf, weight trained, and have been elk hunting. Each day I had some level of soreness and the Hyperice X2 Knee has been great to reduce, and sometimes eliminate the soreness afterwards. It feels good to use the device. The adjustable pressure level is great for comfort. The only trouble I 've had is getting it to connect with the Bluetooth. Have n't been able to make that happen yet. This is my second knee support from Bauerfeind for my exercise. The first one I used was Genu Train P2 knee support. Frankly said. They never disappoint me!! The sizing is legit. I followed the sizing instruction on the order form and found that the fit was quite comfortable right out of the box. Do take a moment to carefully read the sizing directions as the measurements are to be taken from the center of the knee cap. Make sure the knee ring is properly aligned over the center of the kneecap as well. The support far and away exceeded the comfort of my collection of braces and sleeves. Despite the fact that the sleeve provides constant compression, the fiber construction was not overly constrictive and was not irritating or itchy. This is not one of those knee supports that is made of that sweat- inducing wetsuit- like material. I think this is a crucial difference. The best support in the world does n't help me if I can not wear it for extended periods of time. Also, the sleeve fits under normal clothing, even dress slacks, so I was able to wear it all day long without looking like corporate robo cop. I have had the product for several weeks now and I am very happy with it. I am currently undergoing physical therapy and recovery for the knee and the support provides a good deal of stabiity and comfort on the road to recovery

My only suggestion is that the size chart steers people to smaller sizes. And, the braces run small. The chart suggested I get a medium while I almost always wear large. But, the large was too small so I got an extra- large. The return process worked well but it would be better to have the correct size from the beginning. Once we got there, I 'm very pleased!

I 've been using this brace for about a month now after I was cleared for activity following my ACL surgery. I play a full contact sport, and the first time I put it on it took me about 10 minutes to get used to, but after that I hardly notice that it's there.
