I actually prefer this over any roller that has bumps/grids. Really helps tight calves in particular. It really just depends if it feels better for you to have a flat roller like this or one with bumps.

I have owned this for a month now and I ’ m very happy I chose it. There are several options for massage bars, but this one struck all the correct chords. It ’s cost effective for sure, but that wasn ’ t my deciding factor. The shorter length of the bar allows me to use more torque on my quads without it bending like some of the others did. It ’s compact size it a alot more travel friendly when needed.
