Nice boots. I always order a wide in a cowboy boot and have several pairs of Rebels in wide. These are WIDE and the toe area is really, really tall. Like wiggle your toes and not touch the top tall. I am not sure why these fit so much different than all my other Rebels but they do. To solution, I added another insole on top of the non- removable insole already in the boot( this was also a first as all my other Rebels have a removable insole). I am still happy with them, but they certainly fit different. Additionally, they are substantially darker brown than the pictures would indicate. I hope this helps someone!

I bought these boots last year for work. A couple of months ago I was at a customers house and stepped on a live wire for an old well pump. The wire was cut and sticking out of the ground an inch. I expected a break- in period but these blacksmiths were comfortable out of the box. Soft but supportive and the fit was perfect for me. No chafing, roomy but not loose. The traction was good even in wet weather. And they are fine to wear even during hot and humid days where I live. Chose the copper rough and tough because I think the look is so classic and understated. Love the versatility as well. Can use them with just about every pair of pants and( even shorts) in my closet. I have been wearing this make Georgia boot since I was a little, I am 22 now, I work in the labor industry as a welder. This is the best most comfortable and very hardy boot. They are high quality leather, although they are comfortable out of the box, they do get more and more comfortable as you wear them. I am on my feet all day everyday so I put some Dr. Scholl ’s insoles in them to make them that much better.( I also have flat feet) One pair last me about 3- 4 years. And that is wearing them literally almost 365 days a year. As a welder I tend to not like laces and these boots are perfect for a welder except if you are needed steel toe. Overall, I owe Georgia boot this review and I am very happy to leave a great review. I ’ ve put these boots through hell, and they withstand anything you throw at them. They have been on my feet for 16+ years! Do yourself a favor and try them out!

I mainly bought this boot because it can be resoled and the reviews on Georgia boot were very positive. This is the first time I have bought Georgia boot. I have usually bought Ariat, Wolverine, Red Wings and Tony Lama. I am tired of buying good boots only to find out they are trash after the soles are worn off or the glue separating. These boots( Georgia Giant Wellingtons) can be resoled by a cobbler and should last a lifetime with proper care. After throwing away two pair of RedWing Boots because the soles are separating because they are glued and can not be resoled, I am now a Georgia Boot customer.

I work in IT and while it may sound like I sit at a desk behind a computer screen, I assure you, I am climbing, squatting, lifting, pulling, in cramped quarters, outside, on roof tops, in dirty crawl spaces... I typically wear sizes from 10- 11 across most brands. I have owned the 6 inch deck boots for a year and found them amazing to put on in a second and bomb to the mountain or to kick start the snowblower to blast the snow out the driveway to get to the studio on time. At times, on ice and snow, the deck boots can be a bit slippery so added traction with edge syping would be a bonus in my environment here in Truckee. After try- on this boot does not fit the same way as the deck boot which I sized up. 5 size with and the deck boot model is roomy. These boots however cramp my toes in the same size. If I size up from 11 the next size is twelve. I recommend ordering two sizes to try on. These seem to run a size small whereas the 11 fits me as if it ’s a 10.

I am a mechanic and have had these boots for about two years now. got new insoles about a month ago because the original ones flattened out. my back used to hurt before i got these boots but does not anymore. i ’ ve tried ariats to danners and have never found the one boot that has ever been comfortable to wear for long periods of time until i tried these. the “ non slip ” outsole really help when there is rogue spilled coolant or oil on the ground and the slip on feature helps when you need to climb inside a car in an awkward position really quick and just need to slip off the boots so you don ’ t get the car dirty. i am buying the chelsea version of these to wear casually because these boots are just the best.

I was working with a grinder when it slipped out of my hands and landed on my foot twice! If it wasn ’ t for the quality and thickness of leather Georgia uses, I wouldn ’ t have a foot left to stand on! I ’ ll be getting these again!

I think I may have ordered a half size too small, the toes on my right foot feel a little crowded. It could also be that I am used to square toe boots, but all around they seem like a solid set of boots. The tread is good, the stitching seems tough, and the zipper on the back is a nice touch for making the boots easier to get on and off. It 'll be interesting to see how that holds up to flexing though. So far so good!

Love the boot so far. The composite toe is definitely lighter than the steel toe but they are comfortable right from the get go! I made the mistake of getting a half size bigger since my normal size is always a little tight with the thicker socks in the winter so theyre definitely too loose on my feet. I shouldve stuck with my regular size. Oh and the zipper on the back is pretty sweet too. Definitely makes it very easy to slip on!

I ordered these due to being steel toed to wear at work, and might I say it was an awesome purchase! They 're comfortable and not quite as heavy as I imagined them to be. They are very insulated, however making them scarse in the hotter days... But I still love them! I also love the fact that they do n't look like your `` average steel toe boot ''. They have some sort of 'style' to them, that I just like! Highly recommend these boots!

I ’ ve had them for a couple weeks and love them so far, I have a Rocky boot in a very similar design but they ’ re not as comfortable. If the liner will stay in them, I will definitely buy them again “ lots of complaints about that from others ” I will update if things don ’ t work out.

I have had this same boot and wear daily for 4 years. If i wear any other shoe, my feet kill me. They are just now showing their age, primarily because i got back on a motorcycle 2 years ago. I will never buy a different pair and will be buying a new pair soon.

I bought these boots when they were called the Carbo- Tec WP about 5 years ago and they are still going strong. The soles are finally wearing down after the inside of the heal area is starting to break down a little bit. needless to say I have put some miles on these bad boys and ready for my next pair. Was glad to see they are still making them.

I challenge anyone to find a boot that has all the atributes of this boot. Which includes square toe, safety toe and saddle vamp. They are not out there! I 've been wearing them 8 months. Dang near every day. I work on a cattle feed lot farm. Seriously rough on boots. Still got a few months left in 'em.
